One of the most frustrating aspects of Magic: The Gathering Arena is how difficult it is to build new decks due to the wildcard mechanic. This crafting plan requires you to acquire, or sometimes purchase, additional wildcards of the appropriate rarity to create copies of the cards you need to round out your deck.
Unfortunately, these wildcards aren't easy to obtain, but we'll tell you exactly how to get them in MTG Arena and how you can better plan your deck-building strategy.
Acquire, purchase and open packs
there is A few ways to earn or purchase packs in MTG ArenaHowever, wildcards can be obtained directly or indirectly through the pack opening process. Complete daily quests to maximize your coin total.

you can Get wild cards directly in packs instead of regular cards. Arena packs are completely different from regular Magic: The Gathering packs. You can only get 8 cards: 5 common cards, 2 uncommon cards, and 1 rare or mythic card.

It's possible that one of these cards will be replaced by a wildcard of the same rarity, but the odds of rares and mythic rares, which are the cards you're most likely to need more, are 1:30.

By opening packs, you can indirectly obtain wildcards. Every six packs you open will give you a rare wildcard.. This is tracked in the top right corner of the pack opening screen.
