Edward Weevil was a very interesting character introduced to fans after One Piece's timeskip. Admiral Kizaru said that his strength was similar to that of a young Edward Newgate. In fact, he got his 480 million berry bounty pretty quickly, which was frozen after he became a Shichibukai.

After the Shichibukai system was abolished, he was taken prisoner by Aramaki. But there's a good chance he used dirty tactics to get him. Nonetheless, when it comes to power and potential, he has the blood of Edward Newgate, which means he has tremendous potential, as evidenced by the destruction he leaves in his wake.

Eustace Kidd

Eustis Kidd is one of the worst generation Buccaneers with tremendous potential, and the fact that he plays all three types of hockey proves it. Trafalgar Law is another powerful individual that fans know is full of potential. Law recently received a bounty of three billion beri, which means he hasn't quite reached his prime as a pirate. He's recently awakened the power of Ope Openomy, but there's still work to be done with his hockey. We know that the law is very powerful, but he still has unrealized potential to reach the top.

As of now, he won't be returning anytime soon, as his crew, the Heart Pirates, recently suffered a crushing defeat at the hands of the Blackbeard Pirates. Only Law and his trusted bear, Bepo, managed to escape. The current whereabouts of the remaining crew members are still unknown.

Boa Hancock is the ruler of Amazon Lily. Hancock, famous as the Snake Princess, has the ability to utilize all three types of hockey. A bounty of 80 million berries was received in just one voyage. Her current bounty amounts to 1.659 billion Berries, which is a truly staggering sum. Hancock also possesses the power of Mero Mero no Mi, which is incredibly dangerous as it can petrify anyone. We haven't seen Hancock's full potential yet, but she definitely has the ability within her to grow further and reach the same status as the Emperor.

In fact, when Blackbeard secretly attacked Hancock after the abolition of the Shichibukai system, he openly said that if he approached Hancock head-on, he would be defeated and immediately turned to stone.

Jewelry Bonnie

Jewelry Bonnie is a 12-year-old pirate with incredible strength. She possesses the power of toshitoshinomi, which allows her to imagine the future of herself or anyone she touches and make it real. Of course, Bonney must truly believe in the future for it to become a reality, and in essence, this power is directly tied to her imagination.

Despite some limitations, Bonney is already strong enough to fight against the Vice Admiral despite being only 12 years old. She has incredible potential and can definitely reach the top of her era later on. Despite her young age, she is already known to use armament and observation hockey. With Gear 5 at her disposal, Bonnie is an absolute monster who will rise to the top of the world in the future.

Sanji

Sanji is one of the Pirate King's wings and a powerful executive of the Straw Hat Pirates. Fans know that Sanji is a very powerful warrior, and he relies on martial arts, Haki, and science in his fights. Sanji is already powerful enough to take down Yonko minions, but he still has the potential to become even stronger, something that Oda himself has confirmed.

In the Elbaph arc, Eiichiro Oda officially confirmed that Sanji is Scopper Gaban's replacement and must surpass the standard set by the former Pirate King's left arm. This means becoming stronger by acquiring Conqueror's Haki and increasing your overall power level.

Roronoa Zoro

Roronoa Zoro is a character we've seen quite a bit of. one piece. Zoro, a swordsman of the Straw Hats and one of the wings of the Pirate King, is one of the most powerful characters in the story.

Zoro is powerful enough to take down Yonko minions at this point, but his ceiling is much higher. He needs to surpass Dracule Mihawk so he can defeat stronger individuals in the future and reach greater heights. Roronoa Zoro has the power to utilize all three types of Haki, and the Elbaph arc officially sets up him to gain full control over Haki.

Monkey D. Luffy

The series' protagonist, Luffy, is the character with the highest potential and the highest ceiling in One Piece. We know again that Luffy is a Joy Boy. He has the power of the Nikah fruit, and has developed Haki to the limit. Despite being almost at its peak, the rupee still has room to grow. Despite rising to the rank of Yonko after the Wano War, Luffy is able to greatly improve his Haki and even gain more powerful Devil Fruit abilities. Overall, seeing how he has started his journey, we can be confident that he has much more potential.
