How to remove facial blush effect from Paralives
To remove the facial blush effect, you need to change the Skin and Natural Blush options in the Skin Tone menu. This will prevent your blusher from standing out from the rest of your skin. Because the blushes are virtually the same color. I've outlined the process in the steps below to help you find the exact settings you want.

Click anywhere on Pharah's skin to open the 'Skin Color' window.

Choose the skin tone you want for Pharah from the presets.

Click the circled ‘+’ button at the end of the preset list.

Make sure the 'Advanced Mode' box is checked. Now you'll see Skin, Highlights, Shadows, Natural Blush, Lips and Palms with different options you can change.

Make sure your skin tone and natural blush tone are exactly the same. The easiest way is to go to 'Skins' and copy the hexadecimal code located just above the color wheel and next to the currently selected tone.

Paste the hex code of your skin tone into the natural blush option. After doing this, you will notice that there is no noticeable redness on Farah's face.
It is now saved as a skin tone that can be used on other paras in the game. It will appear in the list along with the game's default skin color options.
How to Remove Face Outline in Paralives
Paras' facial outline is trickier to remove in game settings. Fortunately, two mods from the Steam Workshop allow you to make the outline more subtle or remove it entirely.
'More Subtle Outline' by kaiya/bun sets the character model's outline parameter to 0.25 rather than the default of 0.5. This preserves the outlines and gives a much clearer look while maintaining the art style the developers wanted for the game.
If you want to completely remove it, use 'tender sugar''s 'Remove Cell Shade on Para's' to completely remove the cell shaded outline. This has a greater impact on visual style. para liveHowever, it may appear more common in certain people depending on personal preference.
To install one of these mods, follow the steps below:

Visit the mod's page on the Steam Workshop. I've linked to each item above.

Click the green ‘Subscribe’ button.

Wait for the mod to download. Click 'Subscribe' and the download will start automatically.

To disable a mod, simply go to the Start menu, select the 'Mods' option, and then click on the toggle to the left of the mod you want to disable. To turn it back on, click the toggle so the 'button' moves back to the right.
Reduce outlines without modes
If you don't want to use the mod for any reason, you can also reduce the in-game outlines. To do this, go to the same skin tone menu where you adjusted your face blusher and select the 'Shadows' option.
Here, you'll want to use the color wheel to choose a lighter shade. To completely remove it yourself, simply use the same hex code you chose for Pharah's skin color and copy it into the 'Shadow' hex code box.
These options allow you to drastically change Pharah's appearance. Now all you have to do is dress Pharah in the perfect outfit. Then they will be ready to visit the village.
