How to Create a Basement in Paralives

But there are still tricks to building a functional basement in your own custom home. This will be explained in more detail below.

Step by Step Basement Tutorial

First, you'll need to start from the ground and build your house to at least two stories, with the bottom floor shaped like a basement of your choice.

Once you have your outline, scroll until your home looks like it does in map view.

Click on the lot and select the arrow to Site relocation.

Select the house, hold down Shift and move the mouse down. This would allow the current first floor to be placed above ground level to create a functional basement.

Select a house and use the Shift key to move it down, which will move all trees, shrubs, and other decorations underground. When you're done, you should remove these items or back them up individually. Placing these items in your inventory will make things easier.

Finally, add stairs to the basement so you can go up and down. To do this down arrow Go down one level from the options in the top right, then select Stairs. building mode Place it wherever you want.
