This technique completely blew away my understanding of what the Rasengan was capable of when it first debuted in the second chapter of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex on September 20, 2023. Boruto uses the rotation of the planet itself to essentially put his enemies into a semi-permanent state of vertigo, completely destroying their appearance and sense of balance, easily defeating them in the process. Even strong individuals like Code Level or other powerful Otsutsuki cannot withstand this technique and makes Boruto an even greater inventor, potentially the second greatest inventor in my eyes after Tobirama.

Having watched Boruto's young adult journey in Two Blue Vortex for about three years, I can confidently say that this is only the beginning of Boruto's journey as a powerful ninja. Boruto Uzumaki is still learning more techniques and inventing numerous powerful jujitsu based on his incredible talent. Currently, Boruto Uzumaki has created about five jutsus and has learned a lot from Sasuke Uchiha and Koji Kashin, but the best jutsu is yet to come. Boruto's strongest transformation, strongest skill, and strongest jutsu have not yet been revealed by Mikio Ikimoto and Masashi Kishimoto, exciting me and many other fans to no end.
Currently, Boruto stands as the true successor to Tobirama Senju in Konoha, but he has already surpassed Tobirama Senju in power. In the future, Boruto Uzumaki may surpass the legacy of not only Tobirama Senju, but every other Hokage in existence. But unfortunately, Boruto Uzumaki can never become Hokage because that is not his goal. He wants to become a ninja like Sasuke Uchiha, which is admirable and definitely exciting in its own way to me.
