hody jones

Featured on Fishman Island
As time passed, the Straw Hats reunited in Sabodi and continued their journey. Eventually, they arrived at Fishman Island, where the production team encountered Hody again.
Hody was a hateful character who wanted to increase the gap between humans and fishmen. He stuck to his ideals at all costs. There is no doubt that Hody is a great villain, but he was disappointing as an opponent. If the fight hadn't taken place underwater, Luffy would have easily defeated him.

Shallot Smoothie
-
Introduced on Whole Cake Island
When Luffy confronted Cracker, fans realized that the Yonko commander was no joke and should be taken seriously. But that all changed with the launch of the second Sweet Commander smoothie. She was pretty much useless in the arc.
In fact, several of Big Mom's lesser characters had a much greater impact on the story than she did. She gets another chance during the Wano Country arc, but unfortunately she can't do much when Marco sends the Big Mom Pirates' ship down the waterfall.

number
-
Introduced in Wano Country
The Beasts Pirates are one of the most powerful crews in the entire series. What makes them so dangerous is that almost all of them have a Devil Fruit. There was also a powerful officer who was a notorious pirate in the New World.
The crew also consisted of the Numbers, exaggerated as ancient giants. Fans were led to believe that they had incredible power, but that wasn't the case. There wasn't much they could do against the Straw Hats and their allies.
