Beyond Netero
Beyond Netero is a mysterious character. Hunter × Hunter. He hasn't made any real moves yet, but he's fully engaged in the succession contest currently going on in the comics. Beyond Netero is the son of the late Isaac Netero. That fact alone makes it clear that this man is an absolute monster and a natural talent for Nen.
Technically, Beyond Netero's abilities haven't been revealed yet, and fans don't even know what his Nen type is. However, just by looking at the Hunter Association's treatment and going back and forth to the Dark Continent, you can see that his Nen reserves are enormous. This will become more evident as the story progresses, and he may even be a superior character to Isaac.

shiapoof
Although Shiapoof is not the most physically strong of the Royal Guard, he displays impressive abilities of his own just like the others. Shaiapouf is the most powerful Manipulation Nen user around. Although he did not put up an impressive fight, his aura reserves were evident due to his simple status as a Royal Guard.
Shaiapouf's aura reserves were so great that he gave some of it to Meruem after the explosion. His sacrifice for Meruem greatly enhances his strength, proving his overwhelming reserves.

Youpi are a ruthless force of the royal guard. Hunter × Hunter. When it comes to physical strength, it is by far the best. He faced off against Killua, Knuckle, Shoot, and Morel and was able to stop them with relative ease. In this battle, Youpi will fall victim to Knuckle's Aura-busting ability Hakoware.
In theory, Knuckles could bankrupt someone's aura and put them in debt by lending them their own nen aura. However, in Youpi's case, it was almost impossible because his Aura reserves were so high and it would take too long to go broke. This is the first time this ability has failed so severely, which formally confirms Youpi's enormous aura reserves.

Neferpitou
The Chimera Ant arc introduced some of the world's most fearsome enemies. Hunter × HunterKnown as the Royal Guard. They are Meruem's loyal soldiers, and it is widely known that among them, Neferpitou, the first born, is the strongest. Neferpitou is incredibly versatile. She is a fearsome warrior and one of the best healers in the entire series.
Like the other Chimera Ant Royal Guards, her Nen reserves were so terrible in fact that the mere feeling of them sent Knov into a mental shutdown, rendering him unable to continue his mission. Pitou's aura reserves are so large that she spreads her aura over an extremely large area, making her one of the best En users. Her aura reserves technically only increased after she died. When she was killed by Gon, she returned with her Nen after death, gaining more aura reserves.

Netero
Isaac Netero has reached the pinnacle of Nen Mastery in the world. Hunter × Hunter Through decades of rigorous training and fierce battles, he is, of course, one of the characters with enormous aura reserves. Netero is a force of nature, but his training gives him such a great aura.
In his prime, Isaac Netero was an unstoppable force capable of taking down almost anyone who stood in his way. Even in his old age, he was strong enough to stand up to Meruem. His ultimate ability, called Baekjong Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, requires a lot of aura to use, so Killua could sense it from miles away.

Seongin-gon
Adult Gon is the widely agreed upon name for the form Gon takes in the Chimera Ant Arc with Neferpitou. To achieve this form, Gon vows to sacrifice all of his Nen in exchange for temporary power-ups to take down the Royal Guard. In this form, Gon was compared to Meruem.
In this form, Gon's power was so overwhelming that he was not only able to kill Neferpito, but also took on her posthumous return form, giving her immense power. This form basically grants Gon all the aura reserves he would have in his entire life at once, and was one of the largest Nen reserves seen in Hunter x Hunter.

Meruem
Usually when we talk about the best of the best in almost any category in the world. Hunter × HunterMeruem, the main antagonist of the Chimera Ant arc, is the one who will come out on top. Meruem's power is truly unrivaled. He was able to overpower Isaac Netero, and not only that, he was able to survive Rosebomb. In any case, Meruem was still overpowered after the bomb. This was especially true after absorbing Youpi and Shaiapouf's auras.
After the Rose Bomb, Meruem had the highest measurable aura reserve. This aura reserve may have increased further had he lived longer. His Nen ability, Aura Synthesis, also allows him to absorb the aura of other characters, giving him access to nearly limitless abilities and potential.

Alluka
Alluka is Killua's younger sister and has been possessed by Nanika, a mysterious creature brought from the Dark Continent. Nanika's powers and abilities are almost unquantifiable, and she can surpass the likes of Meruem and Isaac Netero in terms of aura reserves.
In a way, Alluka has access to infinite aura reserves, allowing her to manipulate reality itself and make any wish come true. Her aura was revealed while treating Gon in the Chairman Election episode. Nanika can't quite control her powers yet, but she's a monster in almost every sense of the word, and over time, more information about her abilities will be revealed to fans.
