Silvers Reilly

Silver's Rayleigh was once a member of the Roger Pirates that Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates met in the Sabodi Archipelago. Rayleigh is known as the King of Darkness and is said to be on equal footing with Gol D. Roger and Scoffer Gavan. Being considered a rival to the Pirate King is itself a great feat.

In Sabaody Archipelago, Rayleigh also demonstrated his power by taking on Admiral Kizaru using only Haki. Rayleigh also appeared again in Amazon Lily and was able to rape the Blackbeard Pirates. In a God Valley flashback, Rayleigh is shown to be strong enough to defeat members of the Holy Knights with relative ease to save Shakky.

Scoper Gavan

Scoffer Gavan is known as the left wing of the late Pirate King Gol D. Roger. Scoper Gaban is currently in his 70s. After leaving the Roger Pirates, she got married in Elbaf and had a son. Despite being retired from Elbaf, Gaban is still terrifyingly strong and is one of the greatest old men still alive in One Piece.

Gaban is canonically listed as a rival for power with the likes of Gol D. Roger and Silvers Rayleigh. According to Gaban, he was the second strongest of the Roger Pirates after the Captain. In Elbaf, Gavan was able to kill Somers, one of the paladins with infinite regeneration ability, with one shot. Without the threat, Gaban could have defeated Gunko, Imu's close associate. Undoubtedly, his superior Conqueror's control of the hockey makes him a force to be reckoned with even when he is not in his prime.

Sengoku

Sengoku was previously the commander of the Marine Corps. After the timeskip and his retirement, this position was held by Akainu. Despite this, Sengoku is still an incredibly powerful individual and one of the most powerful old characters in the One Piece universe. His previous positions alone prove his strength. A Fleet Admiral ranks much higher than a regular Admiral in the Marine Corps.

His Devil Fruit, Hito Hitonomi (Model: Great Buddha), was introduced in the Marineford Arc, and its shockwaves are horribly overwhelming, giving him god-like abilities. He is also one of the only two Marines strong enough to use the Conqueror's Haki. Sengoku is still active in the final story, but may not be the most involved character.

Ragnir

In One Piece's current storyline, Ragnir is the hammer that ate the mythological Joan Lisurisnomi (model: Ratotaskr). This weapon is wielded by Loki, but has a mind of its own. Ragnir, the Joan Devil Fruit eaten by a weapon, has his own will and even remembers his past life in One Piece, Void Century. In that sense, Ragnir is one of the oldest characters in One Piece, having met people like the God of War, Imu, and even Joy Boy.

Ragnir is also incredibly powerful. Together with Loki they form a formidable duo, but on their own they can also put up quite the fight against the likes of Loki, Harald, and other legends. Defeating Ragnir was not an easy task for Loki. This certainly shows how strong it is.

The Five Elders are the most powerful force in the world government, operating directly under Saint Immunero. Members of the Five Elders were previously Saint Nusjuro, Saint Mercury, Saint Mars, Saint Ju Peter and Saint Saturn. However, at the end of Egghead, Saturn is replaced by Garling Figarland.

This group is incredibly overpowering, and the immense power Egghead displays in his Yokai form and infinite regenerative powers makes him a force to be reckoned with. Even people like Luffy tried to take them down. Their exact age is unknown, but with the exception of Garling Figarland, they are at least 200 years old and potentially from the Void Century.

Junesha

Zunesha is a giant elephant that is hundreds of years old. Zunesha roamed One Piece for centuries, carrying the island of Zou on her back. Although Zunrsha's exact origins or future role she will play in the story still remain a big mystery, the character of Zunrsha has certainly captivated many.

Zunesha also knew fighters like Joy Boy, and while not exactly a fighter, Zunesha is incredibly powerful through sheer size and strength alone. Zunesha was able to one-shot Jack, one of Kaido's All-Stars, with one hit of his trunk. He can deal critical damage to most characters that cross his path, making him one of the most overpowered older characters in One Piece.

Monkey D. Garp

Monkey D. Garp is the grandfather of the protagonist Luffy. Garp is a member of the Marine Corps and still exists in the Final Saga, but is currently captured and incapacitated by the Blackbeard Pirates.

Before his capture, Garp put up a fantastic fight with the majority of Blackbeard's crew, and if he hadn't been sneaking up on Shiryu, he could have single-handedly destroyed the Yonko crew, which would show his power even in his prime. Garp is also Roger's rival, and is showing off the best conqueror's hand even in this era. One punch from Garp can destroy an entire island.

Imu is a secret monarch. one piece In Marie Jois, the world sits atop what was previously thought to be an empty throne. Imu has been a huge mystery since his introduction, but now with the Elbaf arc, fans are getting a better idea about the character.

Imu's descent into Elbaf finally showed this individual's true power and officially made him the most powerful old character currently active in the final saga. Although Imu looks young, he is hundreds of years old. Yi Mu, who is from the Void Century, is definitely over 800 years old. Imu possesses demonic powers through Akuma no Mi. He also possesses overwhelming Haki, making him a terrifying demon powerful enough to one-shot most characters, such as being able to easily take down Zoro and Sanji in one blow.
