The biggest game-changing addition so far has been Diablo 4 The Horadric Cube returns in the Lord of Hatred expansion. Being able to use the Horadric Cube in a precise way to modify your gear will allow you to create the best endgame build. Diablo 4 I've seen it. That's the problem Diablo 4 Although players do not have direct control over which affixes they add to their Horadric Cube's gear, it does give players several ways to influence their chances of getting the results they want.
Horadric Cube allows: Diablo 4 Players can do anything from adding or removing affixes, crafting talismans and runes, or even general transmutation. Diablo 4 Makes an item unique. However, one of the most important features of the Horadric Cube is the ability to transform items, adding bonus attachments along with potentially game-breaking effects. This is a high-risk/high-reward process that players can influence using Entropy Tuning Prisms or Cullin Tuning Prisms, but the former is rarely worth using for endgame conversions. Diablo 4 gear.

Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred's New Mythic Unique Feature Makes the Other Virtually Obsolete
With the addition of new Mythic Unique items in Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred, the usefulness of other items has dropped to the point where they are barely worth using.
Diablo 4's Entropy Tuning Prism should basically never be used on Horadric Cubes.
Shapeshifting is a very powerful feature of the Horadric Cube that can add attributes such as gem strength. Diablo 4 Meta now. Essentially a variant is a permanent version of: Diablo 4 Season 11's sanctification mechanic gives players some finishing touches on their gear, but there's a high risk of making it unmodifiable. You can use an entropy tuning prism or a coolin tuning prism to influence the prefixes that are transformed through this process, but both have some significant drawbacks.

Entropy Tuning Prism — Eliminates the riskiest and most powerful results. There is a 100% chance of making the item uneditable.

Kullean Tuning Prism — Adds a random bonus legendary prefix, but only on amulets. Items can remain editable after transformation.
The Kullean Tuning Prism is a great Horadric Cube material that essentially gives players access to a free additional legendary affix, the main caveat being that it can only be used on amulets. For other types of gear variants, players can use the Entropy Prism to eliminate the risk of getting one of the worst possible outcomes at the expense of eliminating the best possible outcome. As a result, items modified in this way are always okay, but they don't break your build or define the meta.
Why Entropy Tuning Prism is Useless in Diablo 4
Typically, players who want to create one of the following Diablo 4The best endgame builds should not use entropy tuning prisms for transformation. Mainly because it prevents you from getting the best affix in the game. When trying to hit Diablo 4's new Torment Tier 12 requires players to have the best gear available, so getting a mid-level affix like +5-10% maximum health isn't enough. Additionally, if you use an entropy tuning prism to transform an item, it will become unmodifiable and will therefore have a plain prefix.

The main purpose of using the Entropy Tuning Prism is to remove attachments that can damage powerful items. However, none of the properties you can attach to an item using transformations can actually render the item unusable. Worst case scenario would be to add something like Indestructible, which isn't bad, but offers no combat utility. Conversely, having the opportunity to gain an additional larger affix or even an overwhelming gem strength roll is worth the risk. It's better to take a gamble that has the potential to win big and lose than to play it safe and lose because of a ridiculous prefix.
