My Hero Academia It is a brilliant series loved by fans all over the world. The anime was officially completed in 2025 and is considered one of the best modern shonen. But nonetheless, the ending is My Hero Academia It wasn't perfect. Although Kohei Horikoshi established many plot points, he did not address all of them in the epilogue.
Additionally, Izuku Midoriya losing his One For All powers and gaining hero armor was something that many fans didn't like. The conclusions to the character arcs of many other characters, such as Shigaraki and Bakugo, and even the heteromorphs, felt somewhat awkward and rushed. The ending of My Hero Academia is not bad at all, and is definitely better than the average shonen anime. But it was far from perfect and could have been much better.

The ending of The Promised Neverland makes absolutely no sense in the anime and is one that fans would rather forget. It's one of the most underrated anime endings of all time.

Moreover, the satisfaction that fans would have received when L catches Light is essentially gone, and instead, two characters who only act as L's clones are placed in the front seats. Without a doubt, the ending of Death Note leaves a lot to be desired.

Thankfully, Naruto has a sequel: borutoIt expands on many of the mysteries left behind by the original series and gives fans a glimpse into the former main character, the Hokage. In many ways, this is comforting and thankful for fans of the series.
