The fourth reflection faces a new type of disaster
Half of the Etheirys fragments were completely destroyed by the Ascians and the remainder were plundered in attempts at Rejoining, but the fourth is unique in that it has seen little direct influence from the Ascians. Halmarut reveals that she and her Winterers currently have designs. FF14 As of Patch 7.5, it is unclear how much her colleagues tampered with the patch prior to recent events. Players must carefully observe features of Asian influence as they explore this mysterious world.
As it turns out, the fourth shares some things in common with the first. The First, also known as Norvrandt, was nearly destroyed by the Flood of Light due to the failure of the Ascians to reunite. The attempt failed, but nearly all life on Norbrand was wiped out in the process. The people of the First survived in settlements such as Crystarium. This is similar to how the inhabitants of the Fourth escaped the creeping frost by building a kingdom in the sky.
one side, <아홉 번째 성찰>silver final fantasy 14 We were caught up in a cataclysmic event called Storm Surge. The lightning-shaped catastrophe swept away much of the debris, but parts of the civilization, such as Alexandria and Threnno, survived. It is unclear whether the insidious winter that plagues the fourth planet is the result of the Winterer's machinations, or the Solstice's natural reunion of fragments that occurs in the absence of the Hydalin. Either way, the Fourth is fighting a similar elemental plague.
A storm surge on the 9th may also be associated with the solstice. Considering the schedule, the timelines are inconsistent. FF14 The goddess Heidelin has only recently fallen, but the time dilation between the fragments makes it plausible.
by EndwalkerNothing is known about the 4th, 8th, 9th, and 11th shards. Through the 9th expedition dawn roadAnd the fourth comes in FF14: EvercoldFans should not be surprised if the Eighth and Eleventh appear in the future with cataclysms in terms of Fire, Water, Earth or Wind.
FF14: Evercold's fourth reference to Norse mythology
And how they might connect to the Godless Realms saga.
that FF14: Evercold The teaser trailer, screenshots, and concept show plenty of references to Norse mythology. Evercold. Here are the biggest Norse mythology references that have popped up so far:
-
The giant tree that appears in the mural and is later frozen in front of the praying Auri girl may be a tribute to Yggdrasil, a sacred tree that connects the realms of Norse mythology.
-
The creeping frost that threatens the fourth planet is reminiscent of Fimbulvetr, the terrible winter harbinger of Ragnarok, the Norse apocalypse.
-
The one-eyed old male aura may be a reference to Odin, the leader of Norse mythology.
-
The bridges and portals that cross the world created by the crystals of Ethos and Azem are similar to the Bifrost, the rainbow bridge of Asgard in Norse mythology.
-
Calyx, the Winterer of the Ninth, takes the form of a squirrel plush, which may be a reference to Ratatoskr, the messenger who travels Yggdrasil.
-
Some of the buildings seen in EvercoldThe concept art features Norse inspiration, including ships and sinuous structures reminiscent of Jormungandr, the World Serpent.
in EvercoldThe coming Ice Age seems to be itself a precursor to Solstice: Ragnarok. An aura like Odin would likely oppose this destruction and could even be the Fourth Winterer. Meanwhile, the giant tree shown in the trailer may be the answer to all your problems. Ultimately, Yggdrasil connects various areas of Norse mythology. If a fourth tree could do the same, perhaps the impending winter solstice could be prevented.
Sephiroth was a primordial being summoned by a race of plant-like beings who worshiped a sacred tree in Merachidia of the Origin. Players have been looking forward to visiting this mysterious continent for a long time. So if the Sephiroth Tree is connected to the Fourth, then Merasidia may finally appear in the Godless Realms Saga.
final fantasy 7 There are also many references to the Norse language, most notably the city of Midgar, named after the Norse word for land realm. given FF7 References seen in final fantasy 14Cetra-style architecture seen in Fan Fest Cash Shop items and concept art, Evercold Perhaps we can even see Midgar itself.

Of course, all of this may be completely circumstantial. There are several existing Norwegian references. final fantasy 14 Already including Midgardsormr, Nidhogg, and the primordial Odin, they are all irrelevant to this theory. Even so, Evercold It's certainly shaping up to be a huge twist, and the nature of the fourth incident itself may be key. final fantasy 14Godless Realms Saga.
