Dr. Dhrolin's Dinosaur Dictionary includes six new species options. There are also dedicated NPCs handling each new species, and every player must use them to create their own character.

This species consists of the raptofolk of several prehistoric raptor species. This causes them to vary in size, plumage, color, and appearance. They are agile predators with a light build, large bird-like feet with curved claws, and feathers flowing down their tails.

manihon

The Manyhorn are a race of ceratopsians who band together to form large guilds. That means they come in many different shapes and sizes, but they all have one thing in common. They all have a lot of horns. (You are probably familiar with Triceratops. They belong to this family.)

Zeholak

Based on Jeholosaurus, this herbivorous ornithopod looks like a small weedy creature with three claws, a beaked snout, and soft feathers all over its fur-like body.

Anchili

Similar to ankylosaurus, this species is large, round, herbivorous, and typically heavily armored. They have thick, scaly skin, large muscular limbs, bulging bellies, and an intimidating presence.

Rimkin

This small, slender, reptilian species is based on Limusaurus. As they reach childhood, they change from toothy omnivores to beaked herbivores. This lizard, whose name means “mud lizard,” can be found in rivers, forests, and jungle environments.

Seth's Children

This species is similar to Thalassodromeus, with its tall, long arms, wings, long, pointed beak, and massive crest on its head. They have clans and tribes, but no definite homeland. But the species gains flight.

Dr. Dhrolin's Dinosaur Dictionary is introduced. Three new backgrounds. Each setting is geared toward a specific prehistoric adventure and provides equipment tailored to the adventure, including loincloths and bone daggers.

  • lost time: This setting is for players who have traveled through time and found themselves in this environment. Forward or backward, they were swept from their own world into this world.
