Differences between Sonic x Shadow Generations editions and pre-order bonuses
there is Two editions of Sonic x Shadow Generations to choose from. If you just want the game but can't resist the pre-order bonus, you can still go with the Standard Edition. If you want a little more and are willing to pay a little more, there is a Digital Deluxe Edition that includes all the extra features detailed below.

The standard edition of Sonic x Shadow Generations costs $50. Regardless of which platform you purchase it on, if you order the game before October 25th it will include the latest version of the legacy skin for Sonic. You'll also receive a copy of Gerald Robotnik's journal because it's a physical item. The more expensive Digital Deluxe Edition is not available. If you want to start playing Generations three days early and get all of the other in-game extras listed above, you'll need to go the Digital Deluxe route.

Sonic x Shadow Generations Collector's Edition
Although not listed above, Sonic x Shadow Generations has a collector's edition.. There are actually two Collector's Editions. Unfortunately, you left it too late to choose between the two. The Limited Run Games Collector's Edition, which includes statues of Sonic and Shadow standing back-to-back on the Dreamcast, will never be released again.
It's possible that a much cheaper Collector's Edition will be available again when Generations releases, which replaces that statue with a Shadow bust and also comes with a keychain and physical copy of the game's artbook. Although it's unlikely, it's possible that Sega still has some left in stock.
