crimson desert If you want to improve your character's weapons and skills, there are many puzzles to solve. While many are exploring the open world, others are tied to floating islands in the sky.
One of the early Abyss puzzles you can encounter is after completing Spire of Insight. Here's how to complete this puzzle, called “Forest of Chaos”, and the rewards for your troubles.
Chaos Forest Puzzle Solution
When you arrive at Chaos Forest, Approach the large stone door in front of you and perform the Natural Grasp action to lift the door. When you enter the main island, there are thorn bushes everywhere, so be careful where you step. If you have the Flame Strike ability unlocked, use it on the thornbush and large pool of water on the right.
Those without this ability can use Blinding Flash at any time. Just press and hold the left and right bumpers, then hit and hold the left bumper again. This will expose the thorns to sunlight, and after a few seconds, the thorns will catch fire and burn out!
After removing the spikes, look down to the bottom right platform to find a burning Abyss Core. Grab it with Axiom Force Carefully move it to the water puddle. Soak the Abyss Core in water and let it cool. When the spikes are destroyed, place them in the exposed slots. Force Attack the core with your palm and insert it into the slot to regain strength, then jump to the other side.
After crossing that gap, Hook the left into the left room and once again burn off the two sets of spikes. Go to where there were a lot of brambles and approach the wall to find another area where you can perform Nature's Grasp. Lift it up and go inside to find the second Abyss Core. Place it in the slot in this small room and grab one of the pillar pieces on the floor.
Pick up the pillar piece and take it to the door you came through. Once again lift the door into the hands of nature Place a pole underneath where the door will fall. This will prevent the door from fully closing, but more importantly, maintain a power connection from the room you are in to the external switch.
To ensure that the door is high enough to establish a connection, you only need to place one of the pillars down, and it doesn't matter where you place the pillars. When placing the pole, make sure it is upright!
Go back to where the switch is and use Force Palm Strike on it to activate it and complete the Chaos Forest puzzle. Now go upstairs and grab the Abyss Artifact next to the altar. From the altar, you can go straight down to the triangular door and continue exploring. This will summon a podium where you can use the Axiom Force to create a series of platforms that can take you to the next main Abyss puzzle.
