This Illustration Rare may be missing the 'special' distinction that the other two cards have, but the scene isn't quite as eye-catching.
Clefairy takes advantage of the blue and pink blurred background pointing towards the sky, which seems to draw our attention to this stunning shot. At under $40, this card is a bargain that won't last long.

Mega Clefable ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $70.44
Mega Clefable ex roughly doubles the Clefairy's price tag over its pre-evolution version. These ratios are likely to change and may favor Clefairy in the long run, but Mega Clefable still has its place as the more valuable chase card for now.
But despite the clear visual appeal of Clefairy IR, Clefable stands out with equally bright art that, unlike Clefairy, draws more attention to the titular Pokémon than to what's behind it. This SIR is one of the more unusual in the set, and is easily the most valuable mega clef to debut in this set.

Mega Starmie ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $80.90
Mega Starmie is another Mega Evolution that debuted in Pokemon Legends: ZA, and is best known as one of the most expensive chase cards in Perfect Order. This Pokémon gained notoriety thanks to its wacky yet terrifying running animation, but this card will likely be well-received based on Starmy's proven power.
This card captures the moment Megastami unleashes its powerful beam attack, perfectly capturing the dangerous power of this Pokémon. You might not reach triple digits for very long, but the solid value of this card makes it worth it. Whatever you think of Mega Starmie, it's hard to deny that this card's impressive artwork makes it one of the most action-packed cards in Perfect Order.

Rosa's Encouragement (Special Illustration Rare) – $85.90
Rosa has been one of the most beloved trainers in the Pokémon TCG since she gained popularity in Sun & Moon's Cosmic Eclipse. Most of her depictions depict Rose in bright scenes, but few can match her level of rapturous excitement as this card does. Rosa looks ready to leap out of the frame as she stares blankly at something unseen in our direction.
Despite falling short of $100, Rosa may see exceptional highs in the future. But keep in mind that it won't come without a big drop first.

Mega Zygarde ex SIR may be the most surprising card among Perfect Order's best chase cards, but that doesn't mean it's a good thing. This Pokémon stands out as the main tracking card and box art mascot, but SIR, generally the most desired version, falls in third place behind two other impressive cards.
While the trend is changing and certain Mega Hyper Rares are starting to become more popular than SIR, the next card ahead of Mega Zygarde might surprise you.

Meowth ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $172.20
Meowth ex significantly outperforms Mega Zygarde ex's SIR, taking second place among Perfect Order's most expensive chase cards by over $50. Normally with IR it gets minimal attention, but Meowth finally does SIR processing with a brightly colored background to make it stand out.
This card may have an incredibly distinct and multi-colored pattern behind Meowth, but Team Rocket's mascot is undoubtedly the main attraction here, as evidenced by its central position and impressive size taking up most of the frame.

Mega Zygarde ex (Mega Hyper Rare) – $186.66
The Mega Hyper Rare version of Mega Zygarde ex took first place in Perfect Order, beating out both the English set and the Japanese version, Nihil Zero. The all-gold design is an absolute hit and miss among collectors, but demand and rarity are still enough to secure this card a solid cushion ahead of Meowth ex.
However, this lead is not safe, and while Mega Zygarde ex may be a much more powerful Pokemon, Meowth may still take the top spot. Currently, this MHR stands out as the only gold card in the set and the most valuable chase card in Perfect Order.
