Danhausen's debut was marred by how little the company's fans paid attention to wrestling outside of the WWE bubble, but it didn't take him long to get over it. A standout character due to his unique sense of humor, distinct mannerisms, comical accent, and instantly recognizable face paint, Danhausen gained a cult following in the WWE through his curse words. The “very good and very evil” wrestler had some fun backstage segments like Dirty Dom and it seemed like he made Mysterio lose the championship, but the backstage segments can't determine the overall rating. WWE 2K26.
Danhausen can be fun to watch on the indies, with some fun moments like the Tequila Dance over the years, but he's not an in-ring artist like Kenny Omega or Bryan Danielson. His limited moveset and small size may be the main reasons why he has yet to wrestle in a WWE ring, and there's no telling when that will change. Perhaps he'll end up in a tag team with a proven wrestler similar to fellow comedic wrestler R-Truth (and Danhausen's AEW work, which shined best when paired with Hook). However, at the time of this writing there is absolutely nothing to go on and Visual Concepts offers two options from Danhausen. WWE 2K26 Rating: Fair or humorous.

A realistic assessment of Danhausen in WWE 2K26
If Visual Concepts wanted to keep Danhausen tame, mid-70s would make sense. This would make him good friends with other comedic and gimmicky undercard wrestlers such as
-
Akira Tozawa (68)
-
Grayson Waller (73)
-
Doink the Clown (74)
-
Boogeyman (74)
-
Hurricane (75)
-
R-Truth (80)
-
Joe Hendry (80)
Danhausen is around 77 points overall. It makes sense since he's a new addition to a roster that's less proven than stars like Joe Hendry or R-Truth. It makes no sense to place him above wrestlers who compete every week, but giving a vampire who collects them a score as brutally low as Eric Bischoff's 58 could be seen as burying a new contract. Danhausen's fairly average score seems to be the safest route. WWE 2K26 If only Visual Concepts were willing to take a little risk.
CM Punk and Danhausen's hilarious interactions have always been a hit on the internet, and Danhausen, 77, will allow for another interaction since it's safe to say he's rated higher than CM Punk in the game. The current version of the World's Best has an overall rating of 94, while Retro CM Punk only has a score of 74, so it's safe to say Danhausen has proof that he's technically better.
The humorous Danhausen assessment gets you an overall score of 99.
Super John Cena's 100 overall was special, but WWE 2K25Main roster 99 is also rare. Roman Reigns used this feature in WWE 2K23 at the height of his Tribal Chief storyline, but no wrestler has the 99 yet in WWE 2K26. Visual Concepts is having a little fun and giving Danhausen a 99 and then leaning into the idea that he seems to have some mystical powers that can curse people he doesn't like. A comedic wrestler becoming the top superstar in the game would be a fun change, and it would add to the mystique of Danhausen's character if he hasn't wrestled yet but is still treated as the strongest wrestler in the company through official video games.
Danhausen's WWE move set is also a mystery, so whether Visual Concepts took inspiration from his indie matches, pulled moves out of a hat, or simply had Danhausen strike a curse pose or anything else in the game is anyone's guess. His overall rating is equally mysterious given his lack of in-ring work, and it's a safe bet that Danhausen is somewhere in the 70s. if WWE 2K26 It's a bit confusing and makes you want to enjoy the power of Danhausen's curse, but giving him a ridiculously high score would make this a very memorable DLC.
