Fullmetal Alchemist is a modern masterpiece created by Hiromu Arakawa. Due to its incredible quality, this comic is still talked about among fans. Fullmetal Alchemist gets everything right, from world-building to storytelling. There wasn't a single area where Fullmetal Alchemist was lacking.
This also applies to endings. In the finale of Fullmetal Alchemist, Edward Elric defeated his father and saved Amestris from destruction. Edward not only saved the country, but also restored Alphonse's identity. However, the latter came at the cost of the ability to use alchemy freely. But Edward got something much better in return: a family. His older brother was no longer limited to armor and married Winry. With all of this in mind, there's no doubt that Fullmetal Alchemist has a better ending than Jujutsu Kaisen: Modulo.

One of the main highlights of Mushishi is its protagonist, Ginko, who travels the land to help people with Mushi's problems.
The end of the story also involves Mushi, but matters are much more complicated. However, Ginko refuses to give up and ultimately stops Mushi. The manga ends with Ginko continuing his adventures, showing that the cycle will continue to repeat itself.
Gintama

The ending of Gintama is no exception. The finale features one of the most emotionally engrossing fights in the entire series, with Gintoki breaking a long cycle of violence.
After the fight, the heroes returned to Odd Job and continued their business. It was a very satisfying ending that appeased fans who have been following the franchise for years. In fact, the ending was so good that Studio Pierrot decided to adapt it into a movie.
