This technique was introduced early on in the Naruto series, but is just as effective back then in Boruto. Besides Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha also learned how to utilize this technique as an adult in the Boruto series. Unfortunately, Boruto's chakra reserves are not sufficient to safely use this forbidden technique.

Rasenshuriken
Rasenshuriken An incredibly dangerous Jutsu created by none other than Naruto Uzumaki. He created this Jutsu back in the Naruto series right before his fight with Kakuzu. To utilize the Rasenshuriken, Naruto Uzumaki first creates a Rasengan and then infuses it with Wind Release to create Wind Release: Rasengan and then applies further shape transformations. Completing this will create Rasenshuriken.
This technique is so dangerous that even the Sharingan can't count it, as it causes damage to the opponent at a cellular level and causes microscopic damage to tissues and organs. At the same time, this Jutsu also damages Naruto's own chakra circulation system. However, Naruto later learned how to throw this technique, which eliminated all danger. Rasenshuriken is still a Forbidden Jutsu, but the use of this technique no longer has any effect on Naruto Uzumaki.

This technique grants the user massive amounts of chakra while also increasing their regeneration speed to sky-high levels. With Creation Rebirth, not even things like bisection can kill you. All damage is healed almost instantly, and the user becomes immortal for a short period of time. Using Byakugo's power, even Madara's power could not defeat Sakura. It is clearly a forbidden technique as it has long-lasting effects on the user's body, forces rapid cell division, and slowly pushes the user to the brink of death.

Reaper Death Seal
Reaper Death Seal It has always been a banned Jutsu due to its dangerous nature. Essentially, this technique summons the Reaper itself and rips out the target's soul at the cost of the user's life. This is a double-edged sword, but it's definitely a very clever last resort. First it was used by Minato Namikaze to seal half of the Nine Tails within himself, and then again by Hiruzen Sarutobi to seal Orochimaru's arm and take away his jutsu. Considering that the Uzumaki clan still exists, this technique still exists in Boruto's time. There's no word yet on whether anyone will actually be able to utilize this power, but characters like Orochimaru should be able to use this power very well, as he can summon Shinigami.

Just as Izanami is a forbidden liquor, Izanagi. Izanagi is a very lethal ability that allows the user to turn fantasy into reality. This jutsu can rewrite reality in any way the user desires, and this is its true essence.
Once again, this happens at the cost of sacrificing the light of one of the Sharingans, which is why it is a forbidden technique. This means it's incredibly lethal, as it can even resurrect the user from the dead and change reality itself in the process.

Quite easily the deadliest Forbidden Jutsu to be introduced in the series is: Edo Tensei. Its potential was unleashed during the Fourth Ninja War, when Yakushi Kabuto utilized it on a large scale to resurrect various ninja who had already died during the battle against the Shinobi Alliance.
Along with Kabuto, this jutsu can be wielded by Orochimaru who is still alive. He actually utilized this technique once in the past in Konoha Crush, and has likely taken it to new heights over the years. Orochimaru is still one of the most dangerous people in the entire world, and although he is not currently active in the story, it goes without saying that his arsenal of jutsu is incredibly impressive.

As seen in the Naruto series, Rinne Tensei allows the user to bring anyone back to life by harnessing the power of the Rinnegan. These are the secret seven degrees of Rinnegan, which govern life and death, and their power is truly terrifying.
