Mysterious Ruins is a local quest. GreedFall 2: Dying World It sees players exploring forbidden areas that contain valuable treasures. Players must defeat the bandits occupying the area and find a way to open a path deeper into the ruins to reach this treasure and complete the quest. Here are the details:

A New Evil is one of the first main quests in GreedFall 2: The Dying World and requires players to investigate a strange new disease in their town.

Reach the ruins
You can reach the Seafarers Ruins fast travel point by approaching the location marked on the map in the screenshot above. If you go up the stairs towards the ruins, your fellow warrior Sheda will stop you, telling you that the ruins are a forbidden place. Please select the following options: “Reassure her about the ruins.” Convince her that nothing will happen and she will allow you to progress further.
After convincing Sheda, go up the stairs and you will be attacked by a pair of flying bat monsters called Dosantats. After defeating them, climb up the ridge behind them and follow the narrow path to reach the ruins.
Fight with bandits
As soon as you enter the ruins, you will find yourself in a restricted area occupied by bandits who will attack you on sight. You can use grass to sneak past patrols of thieves, but you'll eventually have to fight them regardless. It's best to get the violence out of the way first so you can focus on exploration.

destroy the wall
After killing the bandits, go to the location shown in the screenshot above to find a chest containing: Highly explosive and steel hunting knife. Use Tracking to find the crumbling wall in the middle of the ruins.
Interact with the wall to deploy the HE bomb and immediately move out of the blast zone to avoid injury. A large explosion shatters the wall, revealing a new path leading deep into the ruins.
Explore the lower levels of the ruins
The new entrance will lead to the lower levels of the ruins. Using tracking mode red spear braceletTeer Fradee bracelet weapon.
Explore the rest of the ruins until you reach the exit that leads out of the ruins. just on the left ancient swordPart of the blade is buried in the ground. Pick it up and go through the door to leave the ruins.
The Ancient Ruins are the only place where you can find Purple Canna Lily, an ingredient needed to complete the 'Dying Forest' main quest.
Leave your old sword to a scholar or someone who can repair it.
Return to the starting village, Vigeshvar, FurkanA foreign scholar at a visitor's house in the southernmost part of town. To give him the sword, select the “Give Furkan What You Found in the Ruins” option. This will mark the Mysterious Ruins quest as complete and you will receive: Experience 350.
