How to level up all factions in Marathon

there is 6 factions marathonand they All are available through “introductory” priority contracts. Welcome to the Tau Ceti Agreement. Once completed, you can use it on CyberAcme.

Each faction can reward players with unique items that can be purchased from the Armory and unique upgrades that will further enhance the Runner. Unlike Vault content, faction progression does not reset each season, so it's important to build your reputation with the best faction and know how to do so.

What are factions in Marathon?

Factions are an integral part of the gameplay loop. marathon Act as an end-game vendor to help you acquire better gear for your loadout along with permanent upgrades.

Each faction has its own track where you can level up through specific actions and contracts. Building reputation (XP) with your faction allows for deeper customization through unlockable upgrades that remain permanently on your runner regardless of faction affiliation.

Below we introduce all the factions, how they are ranked, and their specialties.

CyberAcme faction (levels and rewards)

CyAc reputation is earned through the following sources:

• CyberAcme contract completed

• complete execution

• successfully expelled

• TAD activation

• Participate in Intercept events

CyberAcme is the default faction that runners will unlock. This faction is for beginners and mainly focuses on upgrades that will help you run: Increased vault space, increased thermal capacity, credit wallet upgrade and purchasable backpack.

NuCaloric factions (levels and rewards)

NuCaloric reputation is earned through the following sources:

• Complete your NuCaloric contract

• Loot medical cabinet and tick nest

• harvest plants

• Participate in supply drops

• NucCal valuables leaked

NuCaloric Faction invests heavily in self-care with upgrades focused on survivability. Players can use credits. Upgrades the rarity of the Shield Charge and Patch Kits along with the Self Revive Kit. This allows players to experience a longer lifespan.

Traxus Faction (levels and rewards)

Traxus Reputations are obtained through the following sources:

• Traxus contract completed

• Loot Weapon Cache, Tool Cart, Transport Drone

• Destroy the UESC Drones

• Complete the convoy event

• Closure event completed

• Traxus valuables leaked

Traxus Faction allows you to: Unlock more weapons and weapon enhancements Through attachments and modifications in the upgrade tree. Additionally, players can: Target Acquisition Devices (TAD) and Ping UpgradesIt makes communication with your team more useful when communicating with UESC and Runners.

MIDA faction (levels and rewards)

MIDA reputation is earned through the following sources:

• MIDA contract completed

• Loot Vaults and War Crate

• Find coordinates and loot caches

• Security resource event completion

• MIDA valuables leaked

MIDA is all about chaos, so players can expect it. Upgrades focused on explosives, traps, agility and implantsAll items can be purchased from the Armory. These improvements will lay the groundwork to ensure that no building is safe from your interference, and implants add additional purchasable upgrades to a runner's abilities.

Arachne Faction (Levels and Rewards)

Arachne reputation is earned through the following sources:

• Complete the Arachne Contract

• Downrunner dealing precision damage

• Defeat Runners with Finishers

• Remove your valuables from Arache.

Arache is a PvP faction that enjoys seeing other Runners die by your hands. Arachne lets you focus on: Upgrades that increase the amount of weapons you can purchase in your arsenal, along with more lethal weapon modifications and implants. additionally, Arachne gives you a finisher siphon, while also increasing your melee damage and speed. Sekiguchi faction (levels and rewards)

Sekiguchi reputation is earned through the following sources:

• Complete the Sekiguchi Contract

• Loot Core Repository and Bioprinter

• Participates in anomalous extraction

• Complete the Targeted Treasure Event

• Exfil Sekiguchi valuables
