Fallout 4: All Romances, Ranked
Fallout 4 is one of those games that offers a little something for everyone. And that little one contains several different romantic paths.
Where to find Shelly Tiller in Fallout 4
Shelly Tiller can be found on the second floor of the National Guard Training Yard, a little north of Goodneighbor. After defeating Kendra and obtaining the Assassination Contract, a map marker will appear above Shelley's location.
When you arrive at the National Guard Training Center, go to the second floor and find Shelley Tiller hiding in the corner. She won't say anything to you. But I will tell you about the bad people who might come for her. At this point you can either shoot her in the face or leave her to her own devices.
Shelly Tiller only appears in the training grounds building during this part of the Silver Shroud quest. If you go there at any other time, the only NPC you'll see is a ghoul.
Should you kill Shelly Tiller in Fallout 4?
If you assassinate Shelly, you will receive 500 bottle caps as a reward. You can collect it from dead drops inside. A random toolbox just outside Goodneighbor.. Shelly herself has no loot of note, so aside from her meager equipment and all the junk she carries, the 500 caps from dead drops will be the most valuable reward you can get from assassinating her.
Also, if you decide to murder Shelly, your relationship with your active companion will deteriorate. Unless you're traveling with neutral or evil allies like Cait, MacCready, and Strong..
It's hard to say whether killing Shelly Tiller is morally good or bad. Because the game doesn't tell the player why she's a target.. However, considering the reactions of her colleagues and the fact that Kendra, a previous assassination target, was a member of a notorious gang of raiders, it is safe to say that Shelley is not necessarily an evil person. If you really need 500 caps, go for it. But you might want to send your travel buddy home before you start filming Shelly.
