Even people like Boruto and Kawaki can't compete with Jura and beat him, and that makes him a huge threat. The biggest thing to keep in mind here is that Jura poses no threat to anyone unless he is hostile. However, the moment he grows further, He could be a threat that could destroy the entire world..
