with Magic: The Gathering Previews for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set are well underway, so you can start searching for the best cards in each mana pool. With the white cards in this set, +1/+1 counters, token creatures, stealth, and life gain all play a big role.
Picking the best cards before a set is released can be tricky. That's because it's difficult to know how each card synergizes with the rest of the set and within each format. However, we are taking each card at face value and evaluating how impactful we think it will be based on its mana cost, abilities, and power/toughness.

road to exile
immediate
Path to Exile returns in this set and is a one-mana creature removal spell. Even better, as the name suggests, it exiles them instead of sending them to the graveyard.
The downside is that your opponent can search their library for land cards and enter the battlefield tapped. However, in mid to late game situations this isn't much of an issue.
Given that this card appears again in the bonus sheet, this time as a source material card, it's expected that it will continue to be live only in formats like Commander, Historic, and Modern rather than Standard or Brawl.
Many cheap white removal cards are temporary and only take the card out of the game until the removal itself is removed. You can also target only nonland permanents that cost 2 mana or less, like Seam Rip.
Magic: The Gathering – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Commander Deck Guide
The power of the turtle! The Precon deck is stacked with six possible Commander cards, including all four Turtles, and the synergies already look strong.

The Last Ronin's Skills
immediate
These instant cards make our list based purely on stealth cost. Prefers white tokens and aggro decks. Much more expensive than hard casting.
this card Generates three 1/1 White Ninja tokens. It costs 4 mana, but for a stealth cost (2 mana) this ninja enters the battlefield attacking tapped.
Sneak is a reworked Ninjitsu that appears on creature, instant, and spell cards.
To activate the Stealth cost, there must be a creature on the battlefield and confirmed to attack and unblock. You can then activate The Last Ronin's skill to reduce its mana cost.

leader's talent
Enchant – Class
This two-mana enchantment will be a staple in aggro and token decks going forward. Although it does not have an immediate effect when struck on the battlefield, When you start an attack, place a +1/+1 token on each attacking creature..
This is a level 2 ability that requires an additional 3 mana to trigger. gain two lives Whenever a creature with a counter on it leaves the battlefield.
Class spells are stackable, so you can play multiple copies and trigger their abilities simultaneously, but each card must be leveled up separately.
Finally, if you use a level 3 ability that costs 4 more mana, Whenever you cast a spell, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature..
Considering how low the initial cost is and how high the impact it has, leveling up this enchantment doesn't necessarily have to be a priority, but if you have a few creatures on the battlefield and want to rebuild your hand, you can focus on upgrading your mana.
2
Leonardo, Sewer Samurai
creature
Slightly short of the top spot is Leonardo, Sewer Samurai. The stealth cost is almost the same as the base cost.. If it were just one mana cheaper it would have been top spot for us.
This is possible with 4 mana. Sneak into battle with this 3/3 ninja with double strike functionThis means that 6 damage will be dealt to your opponent unless they counter or remove it.
Leonardo, Sewer Samurai's base cost is 1 white mana and 3 colorless, but his stealth cost is 2 white mana and 2 colorless, so the overall amount does not change, but the structure does.
Even better, Leonardo, when the sewer samurai takes to the battlefield. You may cast a creature with power 1 or less from your graveyard.. But they go in with the final counter. That means if you die again, you'll be kicked out.
1
Leonardo's skills
magic
It is Leonardo's technique that takes the top spot for us. Return two creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. However, it costs less than 3 mana.
For a base cost of 4 mana to cast, this is still a decent card. Especially since it could potentially give you back 6 mana worth of creatures. Sneak costs only 2 mana. This feels a bit broken, especially since it effectively transforms this spell into an instantaneous spell. Instead, you must return the attacking creature to your hand to cast this cost.
Unless the rules are adjusted, you can technically return a token creature to your hand (removing it from the game entirely) and pay its cost secretly.
However, if you return a cheap 1 mana creature to your hand, Excellent valueEspecially if you can cast that creature again in the same turn.
