Craig
Kreg is one of the earliest bosses you can encounter in High on Life 2, and provides a decent second level challenge early in your playthrough. The first phase sees Kreg utilize ferocious sea creatures, while the second forces more personal engagements in one-on-one combat.
High On Life 2: Weapon Upgrade Guide
Choose to upgrade as soon as possible.
In phase 2, try to keep as much distance from Kreg as possible and avoid the machine gun fire that will instantly melt your health if you don't move.

sheath
Sheath is one of the coolest new Gatlians you can encounter in High on Life 2. This boss fight isn't the hardest in the game, but since there's no cover in the arena, you'll have to make the most of your limited resources. Once you learn how to hide behind cover to avoid Sheath's attacks, you can sap Sheath's health almost freely.
Fire as many of Gus' close-range shotgun shells at Sheath as you can, dealing a lot of damage to this relatively vulnerable early game boss.

creeping things
Reptical is the first boss you will face. This lizard creature witnesses the betrayal of the bounty hunter's code and vows to pay for it. You'll face Reptical in a quick initial encounter where you'll seemingly defeat him once and for all. But all is not as it seems.
Reptical will reappear shortly thereafter and challenge you to another boss fight. But soon he will pause the fight and end it prematurely, preventing you from claiming final victory over this boss. Luckily, he decided to stop trying to murder you and actually joined your squad as a merchant, so all was well.

Tiffany (Three Meetings & Duo with Berkel)
Tiffany is a recurring boss throughout the adventure, and appears as a boss in several missions, including Dinner with Mom and Professor Buckell's Bounty. Tiffany generally provides chaotic combat that encourages movement and requires you to use cover to stay safe while counterattacking these dangerous enemies.
Tiffany's fights aren't particularly difficult at first, but they become slightly more challenging and varied throughout, culminating in an unusual team-up fight with Professor Berkel.
6
Professor Berkel
Speaking of Professor Berkel, this bounty target provides a definite challenge late in the game as you face off against their massive mechanical creations. Berkel primarily uses bullets early in the fight, pivoting to include slashes with his long blade once his health is depleted by about 25%.
Evade dash attacks with quick jumps and dashes, and prepare for a bigger challenge to come when Tiffany joins the fight. Please continue to remain vigilant. Professor Berkel will fall quickly after a few dodges and then counterattack.

james stevenson
James Stevenson's boss fight is one of the few that requires a specific gimmick to defeat it, and you'll need to use Bowie's Soul Hole attack to find this wizard's weak spot. During the fight, you'll need to gain distance and position yourself so that James is in the center of the screen.
Fire a soul hole and attack all of James' rune points to make him vulnerable, then attack the exposed balls inside him while he briefly becomes invisible. Repeat this a few times, using the hole's slow time effect to hit its weak points as much as possible before the boss recovers.
4
Senator Muppy Doo
Senator Muppy Doo's boss fight is the most unique in High On Life 2, offering a multi-stage engagement that begins with a simple whack-a-mole style gunfight. Muppy Doo will shrink, dash, and then return to normal size in the first arena, where you'll have to attempt multiple attacks while he deploys bullet sponges to eat your attacks.
The most difficult part of the fight is when Muppy Doo infiltrates the suit and forces you to click through menus to find and attack him. The fight concludes with a slightly unsettling minigame. You have to hit Muppy Doo with a knife and stab him in the face several times to defeat him while he's almost bleeding out.
3
Brutus
The fight against Brutus is one of the most difficult fights in HoL2, thanks to the deadly combination of a chaotic and hectic arena, multiple secondary enemies to fight, and a fast-moving mobile boss that can charge and attack like a truck.

Gwendolyn Birch's boss fight is one of the simplest yet most difficult battles. This is thanks to the boss' incredibly fast speed and her ability to deal significant damage if she catches you and hits you. worst part of the whole fight Trying to run through the cornfield Try to avoid the boss and attack her at the same time.
The best thing you can do to make this easier is to clear as much corn in front of you as possible before looking around to find the boss.
1
Super Nippon
Super Nipulon is the final and most difficult boss in High on Life 2, and stands out thanks to a multi-stage boss fight that ultimately requires you to take your lawyer to court before engaging in more direct attacks with Nipulon.
Although you don't attack Nifulon directly during this fight, the hallucinations seem real enough.
This boss fight takes you through several dimensions where you must use an array of Gatlian weapons to attack specific weak points or bypass mechanical devices to catch up with Nipulon and defeat him. Use Travis and Jan. In HoL2, you can easily defeat Supernifulon at any time.
