For those new to this rarity, Divine Lucky Blocks are usually the best choice. They drop in the Celestial Realm during the Wacky Waves event, and have a low chance of dropping every 5 minutes, but are more likely to cause Celestial Blocks to appear instead. Another option is the Mystery Vendor, a vendor that occasionally appears near the Spinning Wheel Machine. Divine Lucky Blocks can be purchased using trading tokens here, a level 150 block usually costs 888 tokens.

Divine units are often restocked through server-wide notifications, so you can also purchase them directly from this store.
