  1. Go to underground boiler room 0.10 and search through it to find an empty fuel can.
  2. Next, walk across the hallway to the laundry storage room 0.5. From here you need to push the laundry cart into the laundry room and place it against the wall so you can jump through the gap into the storage room.
  3. Inside the storage compartment there is a fuel tank that can be used to fill empty fuel containers.
  4. Once the can is filled, return to the generator room and refuel.
  5. Flip the switch to turn on the generator, which will activate the hospital's elevator, allowing you to go upstairs.
