Not only that, but since he and Stephanie got married before the bomb was dropped, Stephanie is also in on the Enclave's plans. It was a wild twist that further proved that the secret group will be front and center next season. For the first time since his brief appearance in Season 1, fallout We got a glimpse of the Enclave building, and the surrounding terrain looked a lot like the snow-capped mountains of Colorado.
It is very likely that the Enclave built their home in the Cheyenne Mountain complex. Considering that this complex is an actual base built by the U.S. government during the Cold War, it is natural for the group to change its use. enclave fallout is one of the most attractive and powerful factions in the entire franchise, and the Rocky Mountains would be the perfect place to stay in the middle of nowhere.

There's still a lot to tie up. The good news is fallout Season 3 is already looking incredibly exciting. The bad news is that it will probably be a while before it arrives. Filming on Season 3 doesn't begin until May 2026, so the answers to these questions probably won't come until 2027.
