These characters will bring about the biggest changes in the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga anime.
Esca
Esca was most likely introduced in the Kid Buu Saga, but was never named and was part of a larger group of Namekians in the comics. But in Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga, we finally get to know him a little better. Eska is the successor to Elder Mururi, but is still young.
In Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga, Esca is caught up in a confrontation between Goku, Vegeta, and Moro. He is almost consumed by Moro, but is thankfully saved by Vegeta. Esca utilizes his healing abilities to return Goku and Vegeta back to fighting form and forms a bond with both Saiyans. He also had to summon Porunga thanks to the cranberries, but was rescued again, this time by Good Buu.
Koichi
Goichi isn't introduced until the end of the arc, and even then he's a bit of a player. Introduced during the transition between the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga and Granolah the Survivor Saga, Goichi is the leader of Goichi's army and the one who acquired the Seven-Three and the OG Soldiers.
He doesn't do much, but if we see Goichi in the anime adaptation, it could serve as a teaser for the Granolah arc. imagine; last episode of Galaxy Patrol Saga The animation features Koichi on a ship, an alarm sounds, and his guards are wiped out by a mysterious green-eyed fighter with wavy hair.
Macareni Gang
Another smaller group, the Macareni Gang, is comprised of the eldest brother and leader of the gang, Pasta Macareni, Penne, and Getty Macareni. Pasta-themed names aside, there's nothing really special about this bunch.
They are known enemies of the Galactic Patrol, having crossed paths with them in the past and been captured by Merus. The group, along with Parunga, are freed as part of Noro's wish and join his Moro Corps. The group heads to Earth in search of Sky Gold. When captured and defeated by Piccolo, he sends out a distress signal, drawing other Legion members to Earth.
Galactic Rogue Brigade
We've seen world-threatening villains emerge throughout Dragon Ball, so a gang of thieves isn't going to impress anyone. The Galactic Bandit Brigade is a major thorn in the Galactic Patrol's side, and has proven to be a group of criminals powerful enough to get most Galactic Patrol members outside of Merus into trouble.
They help set off the events of the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga, with their capture and their leader's subsequent interactions with Moro serving as the catalyst for Moro's escape. The gang members are all incredibly weak compared to Goku and Vegeta and primarily serve as fodder during Moro's rampage.
Saganbo
Saganbo, leader of the Galactic Bandit Brigade, is as unremarkable as his crew. The only thing notable about him is that he is considerably more durable than most people of his skill level. But even if you think about it, he is not a special person.
However, Saganbo gains a huge power-up thanks to Moro's magic. This results in him having a much tougher fight than expected, holding his own against Android 17 and 18, Piccolo, and Gohan. Unfortunately for him, this all comes at a huge price.
seven three
Seven-Three is not a particularly interesting character, but he has special skills that make him a difficult opponent to deal with. One of the OG Soldiers, Seven-Three's copy ability is very useful, making her one of the most versatile enemies in the series.
This ability allows you to copy your opponent's abilities and skills for up to 30 minutes. All he has to do is touch the back of their neck. However, there is a caveat. He can only store the power of up to three people at a time. Nonetheless, this technology makes Seven-Three, and later Moro, one of the greatest challenges our heroes face.
Merus
A member of the Galactic Patrol and its best agent, Merus is a mysterious yet incredibly skilled patrolman. He plays a large role throughout the arc, working alongside Goku and Vegeta in the fight against Moro.
Merus eventually becomes a great asset outside of battle as well, helping Goku train and playing a large role in improving Goku's mastery of Ultra Instinct. As expected, Goku and Vegeta play the biggest role in taking down Moro, but Merus' contribution is invaluable.
Moro
The series' main villain, Moro, is a great antagonist and stands out as one of the most unique challenges Goku and Vegeta face. supervisorBut throughout the series. Imprisoned for millions of years, Moro is one of the greatest threats in the universe, and the story shows why.
As a magic user, Moro's skills are unique compared to most other villains. He's been nicknamed the “Planet Devourer” due to his ability to absorb energy from living things, which will be a problem for both our heroes and the planets they're on throughout the arc.
