When I was a kid, I played every game on Easy difficulty as long as it offered a difficulty option. I didn't care about knowing that I eventually completed the game on the hardest difficulty. Bragging rights also didn't really appeal to me. I'm not a competitive person, so being better than others means very little to me. What I really wanted was to be able to play the game without getting frustrated, see how the story progresses if it's there, and overall feel like an overpowering hero.
But as I get older, being better than I was yesterday has become one of my core values. I don't necessarily want to be better than anyone else, but if I can improve in some way for myself and feel the sense of accomplishment that comes with it, I'll take that path in a heartbeat. When it comes to games, I also have the same philosophy. I no longer enjoy playing games on the easiest difficulty because I know I can tackle harder difficulties with patience and the practice necessary to succeed. In fact, I refuse to play the game. Destiny 2 Playing campaigns other than Legendary difficulty will help you grow as a player, and the rewards are definitely a bonus.

Needless to say, I did whatever it took to get everything I needed into my inventory. Even if it means leaving some things behind.
