Of course, Izuku Midoriya/Deku has triumphed over powerful villains like Mercular, Overhaul, and even Tomura Shigaraki. Deku's actions make Japan safe once again, but he can't be everywhere at once. Of course, fans are most interested in the major villains who fell in Deku's absence, as various minor villains were defeated or even killed without his involvement. A lovable villain, Twice was a Deadpool-like antagonist with a painful backstory and was one of the most sympathetic members of the League of Villains. Twice played a supporting role in League's adventures until the start of the final war, where he met his end. On that battlefield, many villains large and small were defeated or captured. Or in Twice's case, dead.
It was an emotionally complex and controversial scene that saw the hero Hawks use his fierce wing feats with lethal force during two duels. To Twice's shock, Hawks attempted murder and Twice was powerless to stop him. It's not something Deku wouldn't have done, and even Endeavor likely wouldn't have gone that far. While it's true that Hood Nomu was little more than a plot device and was treated as such, the character still had some significance. This helped reinforce the sense of continued danger following All Might's retirement.

Considering that Kurogiri plays a strictly support role in the League of Villains, there is little risk of meeting opponents like Deku or All Might in battle. Kurogiri's job was to hold back and teleport allies in battlefields such as raids on USJ or forest training centers. Kurogiri was later taken prisoner and met his end as the final war raged.

Gigantomachia escaped captivity and took part in the final war, but by then his time was over. To make matters worse, Gigantomachia paid the price for turning his back on his former master, All For One. Without hesitation, the symbol of evil used powerful ranged attacks to completely destroy Gigantomachia. This was another example of All For One having disposable pawns rather than true friends, and no one is safe from his Quirk-based wrath.
Dabi was defeated several times due to his family's opposition.
Special Feature: Blue Flame
Dabi appeared relatively early. My Hero Academia Appears alongside Himiko Toga as a mysterious villain with the strangeness of a blue flame. For a while, Dabi was content to be a cool villain who let his actions speak for themselves, but the truth soon came to light. Dabi presented himself as Todoroki Touya, which brought him into conflict with his younger brother Shoto and their father, Endeavor. In fact, the reason the entire Todoroki family gathered together was to stop Toya from being unruly.
Dabi was ready to sacrifice everything to destroy the world of heroes that Shoto and Endeavor had been fighting for, while also spitting on his beloved family. After the Todoroki worked together to calm Dabi down, the villain was taken into custody in critical condition. Deku encountered Himiko Toga several times on the battlefield, and this was no coincidence, as Himiko was simply obsessed with him. However, the plot was more interested in mixing Himiko's arc with Ochako Uraraka's arc, with the girls becoming mirrors of each other. My Hero Academia: Will Deku Appear in Vigilantes?
Izuku Midoriya once worked as a vigilante, but will he appear in My Hero Academia Vigilantes?
Ochaco didn't need Deku's support to save the lost, tearful girl trapped inside Himiko's villainous persona. Following the example of Deku, the symbol of hope, Ochaco used her own “communicative arts” to defeat the villain and save her inner girl. It was a much bigger hit than Deku's verbal restraints on Gentle Criminal, and it was what inspired Himiko enough to make her own sacrifice and save Ochaco's life.
Mr. Compress was unable to escape after the villains lost the final war.

A number of villains supported by both the League of Villains and the Supernatural Liberation Front have never been defeated at the hands of Deku, although some have crossed paths with him. Along with several other members of the former Meta Liberation Army, Re-Destro is one of the few notable villains to have been defeated by another villain. Curious died while dealing with Himiko, Geten lost a Quirk-heavy duel with Dabi, and Re-Destro tried in vain to defeat Tomura. They were equal as leaders of the villain group, with Re-Destro initially having the upper hand thanks to his Stress Quirk. Tomura then turned the tables as his Quirk awakened.
That arc was a chance for the villains to enjoy protagonist-style power-ups, with Twice, Himiko, and Tomura all awakening their special abilities in the heat of battle. Re-Destro stood little chance when Decay was wreaked havoc on a large scale, and Re-Destro was actually lucky to survive. But Tomura showed mercy, and the two villains later teamed up to form a massive Supernatural Liberation Front.
