shield
The shield is the blue bar above your health. When you take damage from enemies or hazards, your shield bar is first consumed. If you avoid damage for a short period of time, it will begin to regenerate itself.
Shield regeneration is passive and maximum capacity is determined by long-term upgrades. As long as enemies don't drain your health bar, you can stay on the field longer without burning your healing items.
health
Health is the red bar under the Shield. When it reaches 0, you will die Then go back to the play room. Your gear stays with you after you die, but anything you had is dropped on your corpse.
If you want to fully recover Star RuptureYou must physically return and loot any items on your person.
Unlike the Shield, health does not regenerate on its own while exploring. To restore health, you will need to use healing items such as Medtool. Star Rupture. Once unlocked, Medtool becomes your most trusted source of treatment.
calorie
calorie Star Rupture Indicates your food reserves. This bar will drain steadily over time no matter what you do in Arcadia-7. It doesn't matter whether you're mining, building, or simply walking. Everything burns calories.
Once your calories drop below zero, they start to take their toll over time. If you continue to ignore these bars and focus on other tasks such as building or constructing, you could end up dying in a completely safe area.
To replenish calories, you can eat polyfruit. It is common and can be eaten directly. Get into the habit of grabbing the bar whenever you see it and eating when the bar runs out. Once the dish is unlocked Star RuptureA better diet will restore more calories and generally give you other buffs. It also changes how often you have to stop and have a snack.
hydration
Hydration is very similar to calories. Over time, it drains and drops below freezing. It causes damage over time.. Creating both a hydration and calorie deficit is one of the quickest ways to get low on stamina without being attacked.
Take Hydrobulbs to rehydrate. You can also use Hydrobulbs to create better food after unlocking the Cooking Station, which can restore both hydration and other stats.
toxicity
Toxicity is different from all other statistics. It only increases when consuming items that explicitly add the Toxic status effect, such as the Offensive Food buff.
If toxicity reaches 100, the game will be severely punished. By consuming foods made using the purple plant, you can easily lower its toxicity before it reaches its limits.
stamina
Movement, sprinting, dashing, and double jumping require stamina. When you run out of health, your movements become slower and you become unable to perform evasive moves. In many situations, low health is more dangerous than low health. Because if you can't move, you can die instantly.
To restore stamina, eat food made from snake root. It improves stamina regeneration and mobility, but caution is advised when consuming it as it increases toxicity.
Food, healing items, and passive regeneration are all important, but using LEM can help you improve your stats in the long run. You can find LEMs early in the game, but you'll need to unlock the LEM Station to use them.
