If you head to the Battlecrest Slope of Qinghe, you'll find a crying old man looking towards the northern Vow Ruins.

There are two ceremonial wines you can collect for Grandfather Zhou, and they are located in enemy territory.
Sacrificial Wine Place #1
From the Battlecrest slope where Grandfather Zhou stood, cross the grass and head southeast to find a small camp with Greenwood Horse Bandits.
Defeat it normally or use a fire arrow to explode it with explosives. After looting the corpse, approach the wagon and take the sacrificial wine.
Sacrificial Wine Place #2
Teleport to the Northern Vow Ruins Boundary Stone and move slightly northwest to see another small camp with bandits. Dispose of them quietly with the Touch of Death or attack them immediately. Take the second sacrificial wine from the wagon and return to the Northern Covenant Ruins and talk to Grandpa Zhou.
