Back on Top Quest ARC Raiders Brought to you by Tian Wen, who works with Shani to find a new location for an invader outpost on the upper level. The goal is to visit the locations on the Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Spaceport and The Blue Gate maps and mark the landmarks hinted at in the quest objectives.
