Just hours after the last patch was patched, another out-of-bounds flaw in Stella Montis was discovered. ARC Raiders community. Players have already taken to social media to share new ways to get out of bounds. ARC Raiders'The latest map has sparked outrage among those trying to play the game legally. With the holiday season less than two weeks away, there are concerns that it could be quite a while before developer Embark Studios releases a new hotfix for this issue.
Due to a controversial exploit that allowed players to gain an unfair advantage over others for several weeks. ARC Raiders For many players. Rather strangely, this glitch did not require any overly complex actions, such as using a device to get through a door. Instead, it seemed like there were invisible ziplines in certain areas of the map, allowing players to travel straight through the ceiling and move around the entire map without being seen by other players. For obvious reasons, this was an important issue. In competitive shooting games such as: Battlefield 6 or call of dutyThis must have been disappointing. But the situation was much worse. ARC Raiders This is because it is an extraction shooter. This means that if you die, your stuff is gone, which is of course infuriating to the cheater.
I spent 3 painful hours using only the ARC Raiders' worst weapons and I can confirm: Needs a buff.
There's some debate as to which ARC Raiders weapon is the best, but after using these weapons, I think I've found the answer to the question of which is the worst.
It took some time, but Embark eventually released something new. ARC Raiders The December 11th update fixed the exploit and several other issues. Patch 1.6.0 was only a small hotfix, but it finally removed the ziplines that allowed players to easily go out of bounds in Stella Montis. According to the patch notes, it also fixed a crash issue where players could jump and fall off walls in Blue Gate, which was another game-breaking exploit that could cause players to exit the map. Other changes included a fix for a critical issue that prevented multiple objects from firing bullets or blocking ARC vision, and a fix for a collision gap in the Spaceport Launch Tower that could cause players to be shot through walls.
Stella Montis has another serious attack.
Unfortunately it didn't take very long ARC Raiders Players may discover another attack on Stella Montis. Less than 24 hours after the new update went live, users took to Twitter to reveal that it is still possible to leave the map, but this time using a different method. As you can see in the clip below, it appears that it is possible for players to slide between two large machines and get caught in between them. This will make it impossible for the player to escape, so the game will display a “Fix Stuck Player” prompt. Holding down the button to fix a trapped player will teleport them through the ceiling and off the map, once again allowing the player to roam freely without being detected, and even eliminate other players.
Considering it took Embark several weeks to finally fix the last Stella Montis attack, it could unfortunately be quite some time before this issue is resolved. To make matters worse, the holiday season is approaching and Embark says the team is already preparing for some well-deserved rest. In the most recent patch notes, the studio revealed that future updates will no longer be weekly as they have been since launch. “From now on, our launch window and store rotation will be moved to Tuesdays, but with the winter holidays approaching, the team will be taking a much-needed break so we can return in January to bring you more updates,” Embark said.
In that sense, a new large-scale content update is planned for December 16th. ARC RaidersThe highly anticipated Cold Snap update will be released for free on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series Additionally, the first Expedition Departure window will open, allowing players who are ready for a reset to leave the Rust Belt and experience a new clean-up.
