Pokemon GO Players have a very narrow window of opportunity to obtain six shiny Pokémon they may have missed from past events through a special Year-End Community Day celebration that lasts just three hours. Pokemon GO has featured several monsters in its Community Day celebrations throughout 2025, and this special event gives fans one more chance to catch them in shiny form at a higher chance.

In addition to these bonuses, four Community Day dates have already been announced for the season, with a special date to close out 2025 taking place on December 6th and 7th. The odds of finding a Shiny Pokémon during a regular period are approximately 1 in 500, or 0.2%. However, Community Day typically significantly increases these odds, raising them to 1 in 25, or 4%.
The same ratio will also apply to the six Pokémon (Solosis, Pikipek, Jangmo, Rukidi, and Chumsley) selected for the December 7th event. Special Sunday Community Day Pokemon will also be available Pokemon GOThe Flabebe Community Day event, which took place in September, offers three colors of Flabebe depending on the player's location in the world. Players in the continental United States can collect the Yellow Flower Flabebe, but the Blue Flower variant is limited to the Asia-Pacific region, with central parts of the globe having an increased chance of seeing the Red Flower Flabebe. Everything follows the game's standard region-locking protocol for those Pokémon. However, if you're lucky, players in any region may encounter Flabebe, which blooms orange or white flowers.
Players will have the opportunity to catch one of the Pokémon listed above on both days from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pokemon GO Not as high as during special event periods. Additionally, there are four special Pokémon that will gain the same boost rates and special move opportunities as the other Pokémon in the event, but will only be available for 10 minutes at the end of the event each day from 4:50 PM to 5 PM local time.
