The 6th week trial system is now live in-game. ARC Raiders Players are faced with numerous new challenges to compete and earn many rewards and cosmetic items. Players will have one week to achieve the highest score possible on each new challenge before the next set begins on Monday, December 8.

So there may be people who have no idea how the Trials system works. Luckily, it's pretty simple and a fun way for players to earn new rewards every week. Each challenge has a three-star system where players can earn uncommon, rare, and epic packs depending on the number of stars they earn per challenge. Trials also pit communities against each other on community leaderboards. The higher an individual ranks on the leaderboard, the more they will advance in rank at the end of each week and the more rewards they will earn, such as cosmetic items.

It's officially Monday, December 1st. ARC Raiders Players will have a new set of exam challenges to compete in. Many of the challenges are easy enough even for experienced players, such as dealing damage to hornets, one of the most common enemy types found on any map. Destroy pops found on all maps and deliver cargo. However, this week brings some tricky challenges, including one that requires players to damage some of the deadliest enemies – Rocketeers, Leapers or Bastions. ARC Raiders. For those looking to get 3 stars in this particular challenge, it's best to jump into Night Raid. ARC enemies spawn at a much higher rate, so finding one (or all) of the aforementioned ARCs will be easier.
Another tricky challenge this week is to open as many ARC probes as possible in a single raid. The actual act of opening the probes is simple, but finding them is really difficult because their spawn rate is random. However, if the player turns on at the right time, they can jump into one of the following: ARC RaidersA map modifier known as an Exploration Probe. During this limited-time attack type, the number of ARC probes spawned increases, making this particular trial challenge much easier. This can occur on four of the game's five maps, including Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Blue Gate, and Spaceport.
Trials give players the chance to earn a lot of rewards, but many people are already growing tired of the weekly challenges. One Reddit user called the system “absolute garbage,” while another said it needed a complete overhaul. Many people have pointed out that trials are unfair to solo players. While party groups can earn points together, solo players are at a huge disadvantage, making it nearly impossible to get on the leaderboard. Others also criticized Embark as “lame” for reusing many of the same challenges each week.
Embark hasn't commented on player response to Trials at the time of this writing, but fans will be happy to know that a major new content update is set to release this month. For those of you who are tired of the weekly challenges and want to check out something different, a new Cold Snap patch is scheduled to release at some point this month. ARC Raiders Roadmap to 2025.
