ZA players can have a shining wait for free without even realizing it.

Pokemon Legends: ZA It's a Shiny Hunter's dream come true, as it has all the quality-of-life mechanics needed to give players the best chance of finding Shiny animals in the wild. Every time it appears on the screen, the sparkling sound returns and makes you hunt. Pokemon Legends: ZA It's much easier than in Scarlett and Violetand equal Pokemon Legends: Arceus. The game also includes a broken shiny hunting method that has an almost guaranteed outcome, but players may fail to check nearby areas using this strategy and thus miss out on the much easier shiny hunting method.

shining hunt Pokemon Legends: ZA It also helps that shiny Pokémon don't disappear unless they're defeated in battle or scared. This means that if players haven't checked a specific area while hunting, there may be a shiny Pokémon waiting to be caught. So effective is Wild Zone 3's glitter hunting method that players may accidentally spawn glitter just outside of this Wild Zone without realizing it.

Pokémon Legends: ZA Shiny Hunters should not overlook this zone while farming Wild Zone 3.

The best place to go on a brilliant hunt by far. Pokemon Legends: ZA is located in Wild Zone 3. This is because players can use interactive stairs that automatically take players to the top of the area's observation deck. Players can quickly reset their Wild Zone 3 spawn by switching between the top and bottom of this tower until a shimmering light appears. This method allows players to easily find the following sparkles:

  • Skido (overground, southwestern region)

  • Pancham (ground, variable location)

  • Litleo (terrestrial, northwestern region)

  • Esper (terrestrial, northeastern region)

  • Flabebe (ground, middle)

  • Pikachu (ground, southeast)

  • Litleo (alpha, building entrance)

  • Fletchling (alpha, building rooftop)

Pokemon Legends-Ja-Rooftop

Pokémon that spawn in buildings next to Wild Zone 3 are affected by how the stairs are reset.

Naturally, spawn locations inside Wild Zone 3 will be the primary targets for this hunting mechanic, but there are other locations affected by the stair reset mechanic as well. Just outside Wild Zone 3, players can find one of the following: Pokemon Legends: ZAThis is the Holovator, which gives you access to the rooftops of Lumiose City. This is close enough to the Wild Zone that entering and exiting the Watchtower will reset the wild Pokémon that can spawn here as well. That's why players who spend a lot of time hunting Shiny in Wild Zone 3 may have Shiny Pokémon spawning on this rooftop without realizing it.

Up to 10 Shiny Pokémon remain on the map at a time, so players who are having trouble spawning new Pokémon are advised to check this area to clear out any Shiny Pokémon that may be taking up slots here.

If you don't check this roof, players could potentially miss out on shiny Pokemon.

  • Scatterbug

  • Vivillion

  • View

  • Gumi (cloudy)

  • Sligu (cloudy)

The most common shiny Pokémon that appears in these locations isn't all that special. Scatterbug and Vivillon aren't the most interesting animals, but both have solid sparkles with the dark gray parts of their bodies turning white, while the Budew's green front leaves turn purple. The real stars of the show are Gummi and Sligu, who have a fantastic shiny variant that changes their entire body from purple to yellow. Gummi and Sligu may be the least likely to spawn, as they only appear in cloudy weather, but having a shiny pseudo-legendary Pokemon like this potentially waiting for them is just as good a reason for players to catch a glimpse of a rooftop near Wild Zone 3 just in case.
