One Piece Paladin stronger than Luffy

Shamrock became a paladin who pledged allegiance to Imu and the World Government. Meanwhile, Shanks became a pirate whose name was known throughout the world. Shamrock and Shanks are likely similar to each other in terms of strength. Shamrock has a very strong Haki and a sword that can transform into Cerberus. Shamrock used his sword to seriously wound Loki on Elbaf. Shamrock didn't fight in Elbaf, but he is definitely stronger than Luffy at the moment.

Shepherd Somers

Shepherd Sommers debuted in the Elbaf arc alongside Killingham. He is a very ruthless and cunning man who will stop at nothing until his mission is done. In the Elbaf arc, Sommers was tasked with subduing anyone who attempted to kidnap the children and jeopardize the mission. Given enough freedom, Somers used his Devil Fruit freely.

Sommers' Iba Iba no Mi lets you create thorny vines at will. While it may seem like an overwhelming ability, it actually provides excellent offensive and defensive cover. Sommers can use vines to easily overpower his opponents, or he can surround his body with vines to prevent anyone from coming into contact with him. Like all paladins, Sommers has regenerative abilities, and Luffy has not learned how to circumvent them, making it impossible for pirates to defeat him.

Gunko

Gunko is one of the most interesting paladins to debut in the Elbaf arc. Although she appears to be Imu's obedient servant, she has a rather complicated past. For most of the arc, Gunko followed every command, but things changed when she heard Brook's voice. There was even a small panel where Gunko appeared to be talking to someone who looked like Brooke. Unfortunately, with Imu taking control of her body, she was unable to act on her whims.

Gunko's backstory is certainly interesting, but so are her abilities. She possesses aeroanomics that can be used in a variety of ways. Gunko can use this to redirect incoming attacks back at the caster or divert them elsewhere. You can also use it to increase the size of your limbs to improve your attack power. Gunko also has Haki and immortality. All of this makes her superior to Luffy.

Rimoshihu Killingham

Even though Killingham arrived at Elbaf early in the attack, he only showed his face in the latter half of the arc because he consistently used his hybrid form. Not much is known about Killingham's past, but one thing is certain. That he is a dangerous person. He ate Ryuryunomi (Model: Kirin), which allowed him to transform into a giraffe.

Killingham's Devil Fruit greatly enhances his physical abilities, allowing him to fight for longer periods of time and withstand more damage. Killingham can also put people to sleep, rendering them defenseless. Moreover, he can bring out people's nightmares and turn them into monsters. Killingham can overwhelm entire armies with his Devil Fruit.

St. Figarland Garling is the Supreme Commander of the Holy Knights, giving him the highest level of authority. After Saturn's death, Garling was named his successor. Despite his promotion, Garling is still the one in complete control of the Paladins.

Figarland was involved in the God Valley incident, but it is unclear who he was fighting. However, it appears it was against one of the Rocks Pirates members. Since Figarland Garling has never participated in an on-screen battle, it is difficult to gauge his fighting abilities. Considering his status as Gorosei, Garling is likely to be on par with the Yonko in terms of strength. He has access to powerful Haki combined with swordsmanship.

Saint Mapei was a paladin who was in God Valley during the Celestial Dragon Hunting Competition. Like most people in her position, Maffey has no empathy or other moral sense for that matter. She also had no qualms about hurting people, as evidenced by her attack on Dragon, who was a young Marine at the time.

As a paladin, Maffey also has access to immortality. She used that power after Whitebeard cut her in two with his weapon. Luffy can't damage paladins and people with regeneration yet, so Mafi will beat him.
