The fighters will be dispatched is a bizarre and incredibly subversive satire about villains from an evil organization being sent out to conquer other worlds. Conceived by Konosuba creator Natsume Akatsuki, the series centers around Combatant Nº6 and Battle Android Alice.
It's been going on for quite some time, and has caught the attention of the author due to the popularity of the Konosuba Light Novels and anime, but it's still going strong and is quite popular. This isekai satire is just the right amount of comedy and fantasy for readers.

Multi-mind chaos is a curious otherworld, where the protagonist is reincarnated as Bard Cornelius, a nobleman in a fantasy world of swords and sorcery. However, by a twist of fate, several people other than Masaharu Oka (MC) are reincarnated in the same body. So now he has to share a body with a samurai from the Sengoku period, and the real owner of the body is Cornelius himself.
It's unclear which of these three characters has the dominant personality, and there's constant debate about this throughout the series, but it's still a great read with plenty of chapters that make for memorable adventures.
4 The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic
There's nothing wrong with using healing magic in a fight, right?

The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic A perfect example of a balanced otherworld with adventure, comedy, action, and drama, without any weird tropes or over-the-top harems. The story follows Ken Usato, a normal student who is accidentally summoned to another world. Along with two other students who happen to be the real Chosen Ones.
But Usato proves to have a knack for a rare kind of magic: healing magic, and the cruel and fearsome commander of the healing squad recruits (kidnap) him and teaches him how to become the ultimate healer through hellish Spartan training. It’s pretty fun to play, but it’s already been interrupted several times, and that’s a red flag.
3 Tsukimichi Moonless Fantasy
A great adventure comic featuring the powerful Gud Guy as MC.

Tsukimichi Moonlith Fantasy is a great story of adventure and drama, featuring an MC with overwhelming powers, but a kind hearted person who only cares about his own business as long as no one threatens the people he holds dear. This work has been going on for quite some time with the Light Novel version, which is quite different in some aspects (mostly dialogue scenes), but it is perfectly adapted, so fans don’t have to worry about missing out on too much.
The overall story is great and entertaining and will definitely keep readers hooked for hours. Be warned that some of the interludes between the arcs take on a different pacing and can be a bit distracting. This is not a revenge story, but a story about a regular guy dealing with rejection and moving on. And to avoid any more spoilers, I will end here.

As one of the longest titles in the history of the other world, it is not surprising that the amount of published chapters is enormous.
The story follows the misadventures of Prince Lloyd and his pet demon Grimm, who defy common sense (and quite a few rules and necks) to develop the most powerful magic spell ever created. But perhaps the most impressive thing about the comic is the beautiful illustrations, which show off the artist’s masterful hand.

At first, other worlds invade, and the Japanese defense forces respond to the attack by driving away the invaders and fighting back through the portals.
At that point, the story focuses on the exploits of Yoji Itami, a JDF officer dispatched to investigate the new world, and through a series of cultural (and violent) interactions with the inhabitants of this new world, he forms a bond with them and discovers that they are not all that different from Earthlings. It's a pretty good story, and one of the longest ongoing isekai, but sadly, the official English translation by Sekai Project has been discontinued, so it's never been fully translated. At least not officially.
