The Sims 4: All Diseases (& Treatment)

We have an update to solve some concerns shared with us, including bug modifications, console galleries access, and natural disease systems. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback with us, and we will continue to review if you need more tuning in the near future.

Fascinating nature -disease

Today's tuning update reduces the frequency of disease up to 75%. In order to provide more context, there are two main sources (continuous and imbalances) on the cause of the disease and improved both based on feedback.

As an infectious disease, we have reduced the infectious diseases so much that the Sims contracted the disease every three days instead of the previous day. If you live in a large family or see customers as natural therapy, the disease is about 40-50% less than before.

The use of a balanced system leads to the disease when the core becomes very unbalanced. We have adjusted the extreme balance that affects how often the disease can appear. Previously, the death of death, being extinct and extreme emotions such as hysteria immediately had all balance, causing the heart immediately to feel immediately. The extreme feelings are still faster than regular feelings, but the seams react and leave time for appropriate treatment.

We wanted to share more information about fairy wings and to share when they should appear. We have a unique interaction with more than 360 positions surrounding fairy wings for our team review and customized animation.
