Since the series started streaming a few days ago, the Devil May Cry has received quite negative feedback from the long -term fans in the series. One of the biggest criticisms is how to describe Dante, which is much more calmly and MEME-Y than in the game, despite being known to be a bit stupid.

Twitter user Drakevagabond was very well summed up when Dante pointed out that Dante was much more similar to DeadPool in the Netflix series than his character in the game. Other fans, such as Twitter user Mryguy2, pointed out how Dante felt weak in the series.

At least some fans don't seem to care about the description because they have to try to defend Dante. Most don't seem to like the LADY version of the Netflix show. Twitter user Bradyonetta said he was “an impossible loser every two seconds,” and Persou01 sank low and said, “It's worse than rebooting Dante.” ouch.

Many discussions surrounding Devil May Cry are quite negative right now, but some fans seem to have at least fun. In other words, if some of the positive reviews recommend that you don't think it is a cannon, what About how to adapt to the series.
