The relationship between Ochaco and Deku remains unresolved in a few years, but she finally began to deal with feelings with TOGA's final “push”.
My hero I came to a suspicious end after completing 430 in the weekly SHONEN JUMP. In the last chapter, we assumed that Class 1-A graduated and assumed a career after his UA, and Deku was once again granted a new hero lawsuit to pursue his hero dreams with his friends. But the true last chapter of this series was finally finally concluded with one epilogue chapter in the last book 42.
This chapter focuses greatly on Ura Laca and shows various aspects of life after the UA. How did she react to her experience of TOGA, how to be a hero in the future, and what Deku means to her. Ultimately, this epilogue 431 will feel like a complete moment for Okako's old fans. But how well do she juggling of her important aspects of her life?

URARAKA's Quirk Consultation Initiative
OCHACO changes the regret of Toga into a change in society.
The most important individual development we can see in Ochako's epilogue is that she is now responsible for the quirky counseling initiatives that focus on elementary schools nationwide. In the previous chapter, if the crime rate drops sharply, one of the most important problems of society today is to manage the shortcomings of the new generation. We can see that Ochaco has an experience with toga. Now she is now responsible for helping everyone understands her quirk and receives necessary support.
You can see how much she grew up in the case during her time in the UA. In the epilogue, we see BIG 3 (Mirio, Nejire and Tamaki) coming to help her someday. Uraraka explains how important it is to take time to know the complexity of the workplace and to know the students. She also needs to mention the prerequisite or visible ways of the problem at first and consider the family situation. We can see that if Toga has a concern like Ochako, or if the Tenco or the villain league did, he would have been able to experience another life.
The relationship between uraraka and toga
She is progressing, but is still forgotten by the “ghost”.
With the progress with her Quirk counseling project, we can also see that OCHACO is still struggling in some ways and is “regression.” This chapter begins with Toga visiting Ochako in a dream, and perhaps Ochaco was not completely healed in her guilt. Later, Tsuyu asks if Ochaco is still a problem in seeing TOGA. It shows that this is a repeated or at least an important issue for her best friend.
After 429 and 430 chapters, fans feared that the experience of Ochako's Toga could not focus enough on sending a series. In epilogue 431, we can see how much influence her experience is and how much she remains with her because she still knows how to manage her surrounding emotions. There is a story about treatment, but it doesn't seem to provide the relief that she needs. But ultimately, as the market progresses, we are learning how to grow and listen to what Toga is trying to say to her.

The relationship between uraraka and deku
Ochaco still has some feelings to deal with
Ochako's big focus My hero She is a way of juggling her “desired” for her responsibility. She feels very strong for Deku, but she is afraid of what it means in her dream and Deku's dream. She sees her hardest to be a hero and to be broken. So I think she can't do that. And in this last epilogue, we can see that this conflict continues.
Ochaco showed her work with Quirk counseling, and she mentioned her always working with her friends, so her working hours are still her time. But as Tsuyu and Toga mentioned, Ochaco still denies what he really wants. Nearly 10 years have passed since Class 1-A left the UA, and Ochako was not close to Deku during that period. They mention them separately and how busy they are, but you can say that Ochaco and even Deku are still avoiding their feelings about each other. But finally, something starts to break in this epilogue.
When the class joins again, the class is finally together, and DEKU cannot take the conversation with Ochako again. Ochaco can't help you, but you can't think about talking with Deku. And here is probably where she begins to accept the feelings around Toga. We see the metaphor “push” metaphorically in order to chase and pursue her love and happiness in a metaphor for her in the way that Ochako has always denied herself. At the end of this chapter, I am convinced that Deku and Ochaco reach out and two people want to say more. It is not confirmed that this means exactly their relationship, but someday fans can see how Deku and Ochako ultimately develop in side stories and sequels.
After seeing Ura Laka for 10 years, this chapter felt like a very warm transfer to the character and the whole story. After chapter 430, some fans still left that they wanted to want, and I felt that the important story beats were weakened, including the feelings of Ochako around Toga and Decu. This chapter may not have been as far as some fans wanted, but it is clear that Horikoshi felt that Ochaco's story was worth at least one more time.
My Hero Academia can be streamed in Crunchyroll, Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime. You can also read cartoons on Viz's SHONEN JUMP app and website. The last book will receive an English release someday in 2025.
