Izuna Uchiha He was Madara's younger brother who lived during the Warring States period of the story. Izuna was incredibly skilled with the Sharingan and was one of the very few people to awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan in their lives. Therefore, his overall Genjutsu abilities were far superior to that of the average Uchiha. Unfortunately, he was still not as strong as the others, to the point where he was killed in battle by Tobirama Senju.
Izuna's Genjutsu prowess made him overconfident in battle, as was evident from the time he fought Tobirama. He was certainly skilled in this art, but not enough compared to other ninjas that existed in the world of Naruto.

Sarada Uchiha A very powerful ninja who has shown some skill with genjutsu abilities. Now that Sarada has manifested the Mangekyou Sharingan and awakened the power of Ohirume, it goes without saying that her overall prowess has become even higher.
Sarada doesn't seem to rely too much on Genjutsu techniques. This makes her one of the weakest Genjutsu users using the Uchiha. In the future, she will continue to learn several of these powerful abilities and surprise even the strongest enemies.

Obito Uchiha One of the most underrated genjutsu users in the entire story. His fighting style saw him utilize Kamui in battle, but Obito was much more than that. In fact, he is one of the very few people who can utilize genjutsu against a perfect jinchuriki.
It is a known fact that Yagura was a perfect jinchuriki with Isobu's powers. But somehow Obito was able to cast a powerful genjutsu not only on himself, but also on his beast, turning him completely into his puppet and manipulating it as he pleased. This is an incredible feat of genjutsu that almost no one in the entire story can replicate. Obito's Genjutsu skills have advanced tremendously. It's a shame he didn't use it more often in combat, but it makes sense why he didn't, since his other abilities were so overpowering and he was much more adept at them.

As for the art of genjutsu, Shisui Uchiha Definitely one of the best. Shisui awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan at a very young age. The special power of his Mangekyou Sharingan was Kotoamatsukami, which is essentially an incredibly dangerous genjutsu that controls an object without the object even realizing that it is being controlled. Shisui was able to make anyone do anything he wanted with his powerful genjutsu.

The best part is that it is essentially impossible to break a Genjutsu without outside help, as the user is not even aware that they are in a Genjutsu. Shisui was able to take over the entire world, which shows his incredible genjutsu abilities. Unfortunately, this power was taken away by Danzo, and the other eye was entrusted to Itachi Uchiha. If Shisui had lived longer and fulfilled his potential, his overall genjutsu skills would have reached a whole new level, showing just how dangerous a ninja he really is.

Itachi Uchiha
If there is a ninja with the most dangerous genjutsu, it is by far Itachi Uchiha. Itachi had the power of Tsukuyomi in one of his Mangekyo Sharingan, and it goes without saying that it was one of the deadliest genjutsu that ever existed. Essentially, those captured by Tsukuyomi find themselves in a world where Itachi controls both space and time. Therefore, in the world of Tsukuyomi, even a second can be made to feel like an eternity, and all kinds of psychological damage can be inflicted with this genjutsu.
Just one second of Tsukuyomi is enough to completely neutralize even the strongest ninja like Kakashi. If Itachi wanted to, he could have killed Kakashi, Naruto, and even Sasuke with a powerful genjutsu. Additionally, this is one of the few genjutsu that can actually kill its target, and that's what makes it truly dangerous. It's a shame that Itachi died as soon as he did. Because if he had been able to live, he would have become one of the most dangerous ninja in the history of the shinobi world.

Itachi's younger brother, sasuke uchihaHe is also an incredibly skilled user of Genjutsu. Although Sasuke does not utilize this power often, he performed amazingly with his illusion technique in the Fourth Ninja War. When Sasuke fought Kabuto, he showed himself to be skilled in handling Genjutsu, rivaling his older brother Itachi. After awakening the Rinnegan, Sasuke's overall genjutsu skills reached a whole new level. He was even able to put Sakura under a genjutsu, who was known to have a very high resistance to this skill.
Furthermore, Sasuke was able to cast the powerful Rinnegan genjutsu on all nine tailed beasts simultaneously, completely restricting them and even absorbing their chakra. These powers of Sasuke Uchiha show that his genjutsu skills are on a completely different level. Although his genjutsu was not as dangerous as Itachi's, the fact that he could control nine powerful tailed beasts at once and use them as weapons showed that he had surpassed even Itachi's. It's a shame that Sasuke has rarely used this genjutsu ability since then.

Genjutsu: Infinite Tsukuyomi
Among the Uchiha, the one who possesses the ultimate genjutsu is Madara Uchiha. Madara did not have a particularly good ability in genjutsu, but after becoming the Ten-Tails Jinjuri and absorbing the Divine Beast, he was able to access the Rinnegan. This allowed him to reflect these eyes onto the moon and cast Infinite Tsukuyomi, known as the most powerful genjutsu in the entire series.
This allowed Madara to place the entire population of Earth into one eternal genjutsu that could have multiple realities. This is the ultimate ability in the Naruto series, and Madara is one of the only two people who can use it.
