Kishimoto was also involved, providing Studio Pierrot with some exciting new ideas that allowed them to create a phenomenal series featuring powerful enemies for Naruto and Sasuke for fans to enjoy. In some ways, it may be very similar to Dragon Ball Super. As fans know, Dragon Ball continued its journey with Toriyama's participation even after the main story ended. Super certainly wasn't as great as the original Dragon Ball, but it was still a lot of fun and remains iconic to this day. Naruto could do something similar with a new anime series if Kishimoto is willing to get involved once again.
Naruto could also get an anime remake like One Piece
Another approach would be for Naruto to get an anime remake similar to One Piece. The Naruto anime is very old at this point. We started in 2003, so it’s been 23 years now. It's also full of filler, about half of the series is made up of filler, which is definitely inconvenient for fans. There are some episodes with poor animation and the sound design is decidedly dated.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is a sequel to the original Boruto series written by Mikio Ikemoto and directed by Masashi Kishimoto. The series follows the journey of Boruto Uzumaki, three years after the events of Omnipotence in the story. Boruto must now deal with his older brother Kawaki and try to save the world from the dangers it faces. Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 30 is scheduled for an official release on January 20, 2026.
